Sturdy and easy to fold away
The good: it folds pretty flat and is very easy (just 1 pin) to disassemble. Its also very sturdy and fits me well (6ft) / is long enough. The bad: To put this together, you'll need a few different spanners. It took me no longer than 30 mins and i was pretty hungover, so i suspect it will take a lot shorter for anyone else. This isn't a big issue at all and only needs to be done once after all; hence no stars to remove. Just something to be aware of since no tools provided.

Sceptic proved wrong
I was very sceptical about this product for the price. There was no need to be because this is a quality bench.I've been working out in gyms for years, but wanted to create a home set up in the interest of saving time. I've been using this for nearly four months now, 3/4 times a week and I can't fault it. It holds my weight (78kg) + dumbbells of 60kg without any problem. I'm 5ft 11 and it's fine for my height. Takes literally 30 seconds to fold out and put away in a morning. And slots away under my bed.Solid steel construction. The only downside is the PVC material for the seat and back is cheap, but I'm not using it for massages and for this price you can't knock it.

Excellent value
I'm amazed at how good this bench is considering its literally the cheapest fold down bench available anywhere. The metalwork is such high quality welded steel, I was worried it would be cheap aluminium like most flat pack furniture. It's easy to assemble but I would defo recommend having an adjustable spanner and pair of plyers. I struggled through with 2 pairs of plyers. It also folds down in seconds so you could put it under a bed for example. The only negative I would give is that the material feels slightly softer than you'd imagine looking at the pics, like leather rather than durable nylon, so I reckon it might wear away over the years.

Great workout bench
This bench is really good, it's easy to assemble and folds down great. It's also relatively light which is always handyI was worried about how sturdy the bench would be given the angle adjustability. But it is great, I've had no trouble at all with it (been using up to 30kg dumbells).

Top quality for the price
Seriously impressed by this bench. Did hesitate buying at first as some of the reviews questioned the sturdiness but glad I did get it! This is solid and heavy duty and does not rattle or wobble at all. Also, I was concerned about the prong feature that slots into the holes to fix the backrest as it didn’t look too strong. Was happy to find that there seems to have been an upgrade and the back bar now sits in a reinforced ledge (seller should update the pictures!).If you’re thinking of buying one, don’t hesitate! Best one I’ve seen on here by far even compared to the more expensive ‘commercial grade’ benches.

Good Value for Money
I'm very happy with the bench. It is easy to assemble. I went for this bench simply because I needed one that I could fold away and store between uses. It folds very easy and is light enough to carry no problem. It is relatively sturdy when in use. The construction and quality of the materials are good considering price.

Happy for the money, but...
Pros:-For the money, it's not bad.-Easy to fold and store. Light to move aroundCons:-Although I wouldn't say it is unsafe, it can wobble a lot.-It came with a couple of defects. Part of the metal main frame was bent, which meant I could only use 3 out of the 4 screws to the seat. One of the two plastic covers of the rear base was broken, sliced in half.In general, it's ok if you expect a basic bench to do some exercises at home. But don't expect a commercial grade bench, because it is definitely not.
