Supplement arrived very quickly - thanks! I don't think I've been taking them for long enough to feel any difference,but happy to report again in a while! One good thing - these are small tablets and so much easier to swallow than previous ones I have tried!

Perfectly good, for the price.
Pretty happy with these. They're slightly sharp edged tablets (somehow I'd forgotten that I prefer capsules, but hey ho), but small and easy to swallow, and I was happy with the price. Disappointed by the HUGE size of the bottle compared to the number of tablets - seems a waste of packaging, not to mention postage.

Good value antioxidant supplement. Small and easy to take.Shame the bottle is so big for the quantity of tablets - they take up less than 1/10th of the bottle size. A waste of packaging.

Less breakage
Not been on long but so far so good bought to improve my hair strength and they have strengthened it well much less breakage.
