Ive had this cage for a good while now and my cat has definitely been happier with it compared to some other cages. It’s relatively cheap material but sturdy enough to support her weight as she jumps around a lot in the cage. It’s pretty sizable and offers plenty of room. My cat bites on the connector pieces of the panels which caused there to be a lot of permanent teeth marks everywhere which makes it a pain to clean. The metal piece that allows the door to the cage to open and close wore out pretty quickly but I got some clips that hold up the door now. Overall I think it’s definitely worth the price but there are some cons including the setup being a bit tedious.

We got this initially to prepare for the Christmas chaos as a way to give her a more interesting and higher space to climb than the Christmas tree, and for her to have a safe space while we have guests over. We’ve had it up since late November 2022 now and it’s been great.Setting it up wasn’t super easy, you really have to force those pieces into each clip joint. The hammer included is ridiculously silly and small, it’s better to use your hands and really push the pieces together. They inevitably shift as the structure gets larger, so make sure you use as many of the zip ties included as possible. The “non-slip” sticky pads are not the best, I recommend roughing up the flat of the plastic clip joint that it will be stuck to, before sticking it of course, to encourage a better seal. Half of the ones we used slipped off within the first 24 hours. Also, if you’re using this in any form of “permanent” installation, make sure to check the joints regularly and tighten the zip ties (or add more) as needed.My Likes: reliable and easy to move once set up, sturdy if set up appropriately. My cat loves it, runs across the house and darts up to the top with no issues. Easy to customize structure, easy to modify, very easy to wipe clean. After we built it we had pieces to spare. It’s a great way for us to keep food off the floor, and she just really loves how high up she can go.My Dislikes: I wish more zip ties were included. We didn’t use all of them but we have very few left which means if I want to reassemble it in a different form I’ll have to carefully remove the ones I placed to reuse them, or buy a new pack so I can clip them off. I wish you could order individual pieces or sets of pieces to add, but the seller has indicated you cannot do that. Also, mine is sturdy because the cat scratcher we added to the inside is tied to the structure, which gives it an anchor point. Even with that this thing shakes loudly every time my cat climbs up. Without it I can’t imagine it would last long. Also, no matter what, this thing is not level to the floor, the multiple joints make it difficult to level out, but this doesn’t bug us as much. Lastly, it’s a bit of an eye sore, not the most pleasant decoration to have in your living room, although that’s never bothered me but it may bother some who would prefer a more aesthetically pleasing cat tree.

*UPDATE: I definitely had to do a few test runs and secure a few different places after several escapes were made. The bigger platform in the middle has now way to hold both the front and back of the cage securely together so with some persistence it can be pushed out, causing the pieces to pop out and fall. I just bought some 36” cable ties to secure it all the way across and I’m sure that will be the last adjustment I need to make. So keeping it 3 stars bc over $100 is too much for the amount of work I’ve had to put in to keep this thing secure. I just put this together tonight. I cleared out my bedroom closet to turn it into a room for my 2 cats (small apartment). But I wanted to secure them at night bc the way my place is laid out I can’t shut them out of my room and they wake me up an hour too early for their breakfast which was affecting my mental health and my sleep (if I just shut them in the closet they’d wake me up pawing at the door). This was big enough to fill one whole side of my walk-in closet so I could give them as much space as possible. Anyway, it was pretty simple to put together but took some time. Definitely had to secure it in some places with the zip ties. Giving it 3 stars for now untilI see how it holds up against them.

Crate is great for our two small kittens.Relatively easy to put together once you get it going, but does take a little bit of time! Don’t expect to be able to put it up in a very short amount of time.Love that this DIY crate gives you the opportunity to build the crate how you envision it! It fits a small litter box (only) and the food/water bowl, toys, hammock, hideaway spot, etc.Overall, would recommend!

La jaula es de muy buena calidad, pero tengo 3 observaciones, la primera es que no hay un manual de ensamblaje, solo un pequeño instrutivo de las piezas y su uso (solo en inglés), el segundo es que una de las puertas estaba mal ensamblada, tuvimos que abrir el trabador para reacomodarlo y que cerrara bien, la tercera y más importante es que mi hurón se sale de entre la reja 😞, vamos a tener que ponerle malla ciclónica para que no se escape...

It takes a full day to assemble, instructions are poor but you don't really them. The door needs to have a latch otherwise it does not stay closed. I bought my own to keep it closed but still stays open some. My kitty loves it, I set it up that it attached to my window. The only thing was that they sent it to the wrong address I almost did not get it. I was lucky enough to have the man at the address it was delivered to found out how to contact me and arranged for me to come to pick it up. Otherwise I would not of gotten it. I did have to drive for an hour to pick it up. I was lucky enough to have this man to take the time to find me, but he could of kept it for himself. Not everyone is this honest.

Les grilles se brise très très facilement . Mon chat pèse 15 lbset il parvient à literalement casser les soudures . J'ai dû DOUBLER les grilles. De plus il y avait pas assé de joint d'assemblage dans le paquet , je suis prise avec plusieurs grilles .

Nos encantó, tenemos un gatito demasiado nervioso y le encantó estar adentro. Mi gato pesa al rededor de 9kg y lo aguantó bien. Pongan muchos muchos cinchos (en cada enlace de ser posible) y para cerrar la puerta nosotros compramos cinchos de velcro. Hasta ahorita todo bien. Compramos la más grande y estamos pensando en comprar una más para extender el ambiente :)
