Well you dont always get what you expect, and this is one of those times. Ok, i thought cheapish headphones will be average for comfort, Wrong. average sound, Wrong again. As you can guess i was pleasantly surprised with these. The comfort after using them for an hour or so has been very good apart from the normal ears getting hot, which you get from most over ear phones, also the sound quality is as good as i have had from very much more expensive phones, and without any rattles or distortion at higher volumes that i did expect to get was another good surprise, how long before they start rattling is anybody's guess. The ear pieces can be turned outwards for if you use for cueing up any music. (i was going to say records but that would give my age away). they come with nice long lead that has a 3.5mm jack, but it also has a 6.35mm jack adapter that screws on to avoid any bad connections or it coming apart if pulled slightly. Build quality looks ok so far but time will tell if they are sturdy enough to take a bit of rough handling ie dropping them on the floor, that they will possibly get. All in all im quite impressed with them and for the price i dont think you can go wrong. I will add further updates if and when they give up or give me problems. Recommended item.Product updateAfter using these for a while with my bass, I now find that they have now developed a rattle in one side, I guess they don’t like bass much, even though they haven’t been over pushed with volume, so yet another set of headphones bite the dust after only lasting just over the warranty period. Cheap enough though and last as long as expensive versions.After contacting Neewer customer service, I must say I was very impressed with the speed they felt with the rattle problem I had with my phones, it was easy, I received a new set next day. With that sort of service You can’t go wrong, new phones are perfect, and I must say sound better than the first set, guess I just got a bad one. I will certainly purchase Neewer products again, they ain’t bad.

I agree with Mr J Hillman’s review of these headphones posted on 21 August 2020 on most counts, however I have never found these too tight. As well as being very comfortable to wear right from the start, I get an excellent sound from these having tried them both with my electric piano and other electronic equipment. Would certainly consider buying these again.

Buying headphones seems to be the hardest thing in the world. You never get reviews were everyone agrees! I love Neweer's excellent camera gear so thought I'd give these a go.Build quality is really great. Comfort is good, but my ears (which are probably about average for a fella) only just fit inside, and they are fully closed headphones so get a bit hot.Sound quality is...interesting! They have a bit of that 'boxy' sound closed phones often have, which is a downside. But I'm hearing lots of new stuff in my favourite songs, and the stereo seems really wide somehow. Bass response is strong but I don't think it's too much - it doesn't overpower things. Mids and highs are very definitely there. There is somehow a harshness to the sound - I can't really put my finger on it.They are really quite loud and well isolated, and for monitoring audio when recording or reviewing video in the field I think they'll be perfect. For general listening I think they're not so good because they're just not that comfortable for a long time, and that hard to define harshness of sound is there...In summary, I do like them, and for the price they're really excellent, I just think they're better suited to short-term monitoring than long-term listening.

I have a pair of audio technica ath-m50x headphones and comparatively these aren't half bad at all!Pros: Great audio separation, bring to life reverb, low distortion at high volume and are comfy to wear after a break in period.Cons: Though not bad, the stereo imaging could be better. The low end is a bit pronounced but still distinct and not boomy.Overall these are definitely worth the £30 price mark after a burn in period!

Slip these headphones on and you're out of the world. If you're at your PC with them on and someone taps you on the shoulder, be prepared to jump out of your skin; you'll never know they are there.Relatively lightweight and with large cups, these headphones do clamp a little (though this eases over time) so initial prolonged use might be a bit tight. Give it a couple of weeks though and either you get used to them or the headphones loosen.These headphones are good for a lot of music, but the excel with bassy, filthy synths. Even if that type of sound isn't your jam, I'd recommend experiencing it just once through these. Under £30 too, excellent purchase. Had these over a year, and if they do happen to break I'll be buying a second set.

Just got these and the sound is amazing. Comfortable over the ear cams that I can see wearing for long periods without discomfort. The only downside is the cable is not long enough to use with my TV. Fortunately the headphones which these replaced had an extension cable which I was able to use to give the extension I needed. So if you buy these headphones to use with your TV, if your TV is any distance from where you sit, and they usually are, you'll need to purchase an extension cable in order to use the headphones. Other than that they're perfect.

My One Odio headphones recently gave out and I was looking to replace them with the same brand. I typed in “headphones” in the Amazon search bar and the usual brands came up. On a whim I typed in “neewer headphones” and low and behold, the most inexpensive and high quality headphones online. The material and build of these do not feel cheap at all. They remind me of really expensive professional studio headphones. It has real metal, quality plastic and durable leather. The sound is also really good. They are better than my old One Odio headphones and are comparable to my Bluetooth Bose headphones. One downside is they can feel a bit tight on the ears but they are adjustable to loosen it up.

Sono un audiofilo amatoriale e ogni tanto mi occupo di registrazione di eventi live. Cercavo un paio di cuffie ad un prezzo accessibile che mi permettessero di sostituire le mie vecchie AKG, ho trovato questo prodotto e ho deciso di provare. Non posso che testimoniarne l'ottima qualità, con una resa fedele del suono ed una perfetta sensazione di avvolgimento (e isolamento dai rumori esterni). Me gusta el buen sonido, aunque no me puedo considerar "un conocedor" en toda la extensión del concepto. A pesar de ello, cuando compré estos audífonos, la verdad tenía serias dudas, pues la marca la conozco por sus artículos para fotografía, y no la parte de audio.Dentro de mi modesto conocimiento del tema y en comparación con otros audífonos que tengo, estos me han gustado mucho hasta el momento, a poco más de una semana de haberlos estrenado.So construcción es bastante robusta y se sientes fuertes, bien hechos y que, con los cuidados adecuados, pueden durar varios años.En la parte del sonido, personalmente me gustan "los tonos graves y profundos" y estos audífonos lo cumplen. Los graves no los considero (y es cuestión de gustos y percepciones), "cargados", sino bastante adecuados, sin llegar a ser demasiado fuertes. Yo siempre escucho la música desde mi celular y con Wavelet para ecualizar el sonido. A mi me han encantado el cómo se escuchan y entregan un buen sonido, claro y profundo. Quizás para alguien que se dedique al tema de mezclas, podrían no ser "tan adecuados", pues el sonido, a mi parecer, tiende "un poco a los graves", pero lo siento muy claro. A mi parecer, es un error esperar que unos audífonos entreguen un determinado tipo de sonido sin una cierta ecualización. E igualmente, mucho depende de la fuente del sonido, es decir, no es lo mismo un celular sin una buena aplicación para reproducir la música y sin ecualizar. así como si se escucha Tidal o Spotify en HIFI o un menor nivel de calidad de sonido.Los he probado también con la TV e igualmente me ha gustado el sonido que entregan. Finalmente, no me han decepcionado, en base los comentarios de aquí, y otros que leí en internet y que los calificaban bien en relación costo - calidad.Cabe mencionar que uso, como complemento, un pequeño amplificador para audífonos que he comprado aquí en Amazon y que potencia mucho la calidad del sonido. Mis observaciones sobre la calidad del sonido, son empleando dicho amplificador con los varios modelos y marcas de audífonos que tengo, es decir, comparo el sonido empleando el mismo amplificador... la misma pista.... el mismo ecualizador... y la respuesta de estos audífonos es genial para mi gusto.Para finalizar, el aislamiento es muy bueno, a pesar de no contar con nada a nivel de software, como otras marcas o tipos de audífonos.Una excelente compra para el precio.....

I accidentally found these headphones and i'm glad I did!Pros:under $50 at the time of this reviewsoft cushion ear cups and padded headbandnext day delivery with amazon primelots of bass with my sound system (fiio e10k dac with bass switched turned on)Cons:Non detachable cable (not really a problem for me but I had to mention it)Overall very good sounding with deeper. richer bass than my previous headphones. Very acceptable sound quality considering how cheap the price is. Switching over from my m40x which was 3x more expensive and not too mention WAY LESS comfortable than the Neewer Headphones. These also produce more bass due to the bigger 45 mm driver which is a welcome addition. I will keep these as my daily headphones as they sound and feel great. I don't feel it clamping my ears like my previous headphones did which was very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, I don't have that problem with these. Build quality feels great too, not like a typical sub $50 headphone which impressed me. Overall satisfied and would recommend these to anyone looking for studio grade headphones on a tight budget, the only thing that feels cheap here is the price.
