Nature's Bounty Triple Strength Melatonin 3 Mg - 120 Tablets

I am generally a skeptic when it comes to these sleep enhancers!!! I must say on the first go this product is certainly good ( I got 4 hours sleep instead of nothing). The product is certainly genuine and let me wait for at least a week and see if this does sustain/ enhance my sleep. A bit on the pricey side for Indian markets, but what the heck your sleep is more important.

Fantastic product nice sleep in 30 mins after taking it. Better not to be on the phone but read a book or listen to music. And when you feel a bit sleepy it best to shut the lights 😴

The latest version has twice the quantity for the same price, i.e. 240 tablets for the same price. Not as yet available in India, I suppose. It is an effective sleep-aid. Recommended.

Helped me a very little Did not improve my sleep. Delivered on time. I understand that it is not a sleeping pill and it is more of a sleep scheduler. Did not bring about improvement in my quality of sleep.
