Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Organic Raw Vegan Protein Powder Vanilla, 750g

This is a good protein powder if you like to have it with other ingredients such us fruit, coco powder, porridge, vegan plain sugar free yoghurt to add taste, etc. I would not recommend taking it with just water as a basic shake as it has earthy taste.What I love about this product is that is has no added B12 vitamin.Why does it matter? Most plant based supplements or specialist products such as mylk and cheese, snacks want to add B12 to be one and only product.The problem with every product containing it is that you can overdose it. In my recent 2 blood tests my B12 was too high - enough for 3 people so I need to avoid supplementing it.The protein powder has a bit earthy taste that does take getting use to it. It's has added sweeter but it's not very strong, enough to go in a porrage or to add a banana in a smoothie. The vanilla flavour is not overwhelming.

Sunwarrior has been my go-to for protein shakes for about 6 months now since I discovered this protein powder. I know the taste may not be for everyone, but to me it’s a subtle not too sweet vanilla taste, lovely thick consistency and super creamy. A scoop for me makes a whole 700ml shake for the taste that I like, but you can really experiment with the amount of water or milk you use to taste - I top it off with cinnamon and it’s just delicious. The ingredients are just incredible - and I’ve been feeling so great since incorporating these shakes into my post workout routine. Will never stop buying✨

It tastes strongly like peas and vanilla. I wouldn’t drink it on its own, but works out well when I blended it with avocado and oat milk. Going to try it with other fruit like banana and mango, and test it out with other plant milks to see which combination is the best.

Really good protein supplement, although has become very expensive. Other brands have made me feel sick. Would buy this again at reasonable price

Seems like a good quality soy-free vegetable protein blend, mixes OK but produces a rather thick shake. Unfortunately, the flavoring is not particularly great. The vanilla flavoring is very mild not so say almost nonexistent. This blend has an unpleasant bitter taste that makes it hard to drink. I would much prefer if it had some sweeteners and artificial flavorings to make it more palatable. Might have to give it a miss in the future just because of that. If you can get past the bitterness, then this should be a great alternative to dairy-based protein powders though.

It's expensive, however this organic version is the best tasting out of sunwarrior products (I've been using them for years and often use the chocolate version, which is inconsistent in quality/taste). If you're new to it and have an unbalanced PH, or used to processed food, it will be an acquired taste.As many have said, indeed the box did turn up with the seal open, but luckily the lid on. Perhaps the company uses a natural sealant that doesn't actually work... It's a gamble if you buy this product online.
