Haven't used everything in the set & I purchased a different brand of glue based on reviews (seemed to be the biggest issue w this set) which worked great with this set. I'm a first time dent puller, this set is awesome. I researched the serious pro stuff, way too expensive for what I need. This did exactly what I needed to do. I'll add some pics when I finish. It got too cold here in WI but will post something this spring. The tools are sturdy and the plastic pull tabs held up to my pulling. I guess if I've had been using professional grade PDR tools I could say something bad, but I can't. At this price point - Worth it.

Full disclosure... I'm new to the 'dent remediation' game so I don't have similar tools to compare it with, however I do know my way around a garage.Based on the quantity of tools, cost, and frankly... the very nature of packaged 'tool kits', I wasn't expecting a whole lot, as far as quality goes, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.Again I'm new to this, so I don't know the actual names for the different tools but here goes... the 'tap downs' didn't seem to have any machining "burrs" or sharp edges and all the pullers and hammers seemed to be pretty good quality.Then you get to the hot glue gun... I mean, it works!.. but it is a standard low end gun. Chances are if you are like me, you have a few of them sitting around your house that you can swap in, but again it works and is functional.In all honesty, the only disappointment was the "LED Line Panel"...The DC input jack was pushed inside of the panels housing making it impossible to plug it in. However, their costumer service was excellent, and stepped up, in an expedient and professional manner to resolve the issue.o, one last thing... the instructions. I only glanced at them. Before I got the product I watched the basics on youtube for the main reason that I knew something like this is easier to learn when seen, not read about. But beware, they are sparse, so I would recommend finding another resource... but they are many readily available all over the internet.I would recommend this product and their costumer service is a plus.

Some awesome tools, I bought some extra glue because the ones that come in this kit are... not the best. At first I couldn't get it because of the glue kept coming off, but then when I used my separate glue, it started working. This kit doesn't come with good instructions. So if you're new like me watch a video, let the glue cool down for a long while, in my case I had to wait about 45 minutes in the heat and 15 minutes when it was cooler. Also you have to wait until the glue gun heats up otherwise it won't adhere. You can see from my picture that the bridge dent puller uses plastic and it broke. I was almost done with my repair too, I think I'm going to have to return the kit. I was very happy when it started pulling out my dent, but very disappointed when it broke.Update they sent me a replacement puller with metal parts.

Just to point out a couple of things about this kit.1. The heat gun works great, and the glue gun is so-so.2. The pull tabs will break. I have now broken all of them in pulling a dent out of the back of my Outback.If your dent(s) is/are shallow, then this kit should work pretty well. I have ordered some aluminum pull tabs for this job. Bear in mind that my Subaru has fairly hefty sheet metal, so I should have expected mixed results when trying to pull it with plastic pullers. I got halfway there, but by then the last of the pullers was broken off.I also suggest that you may want to get a couple of small plastic putty knives, then pull off the putty knife on the heat gun, and use the heat gun with the small plastic putty knives to remove the glue.BBQ lighter fluid (kerosene) works slick for removing the residue from the black glue sticks (from the car).

If you are using this for something other than PDR, then you may have mixed results. For PDR, I found these glue sticks worked very well for gluing the pads of a PDR tool. Gives enough time to apply to the pads then apply to the surface. Seems to solidify instantly. That may be an exaggeration but worked so well, I feel like I sped up when I changed over to these sticks from the original PDR sticks I had.

After trying this outfit on several dents, I think it is mostly useless. In particular, the glue gun is totally junk. Once hot, the gun does not stop expressing the glue. You can try to add a small blob of glue to the plastic puller but the glue keeps coming out of the gun. It used one whole stick of glue on a single dent, I was using the smallest fitting and applied glue 3 times...gone! Not the dent but the whole glue stick. I already owned a gun from Hobby Lobby and it worked great. Dealer, put a better gun in the kit. Overall, however, I did not find this kit able to do much. Maybe the glue sticks were just not high enough quality? Don't expect to repair much on your can except maybe a very small hail dent.
