Rain: 4 (Whatever the Weather, 4)

My 8 month old absolutely loves this series of books, the pictures are fascinating to him and he gets excited when I read out all the different sounds to him! The illustrations are really nicely done and different from a lot of the simple bold board books that a lot of baby books seem to be drawn like. There is lots to point out and talk about so as your baby grows you can talk about more details on the pages. We originally were given the 'Wind' book free with the Bookstart campaign when he was a few weeks old, and he loved that one so much we bought him the whole series!

Not quite as good as the other ones in the series but my Son still likes it.

No Story or details of how it rains, just plip, plop, drip words. I bought it for a 4 year old, but better suited to a one or two year old.

Bought this book based in the 'Wind' I was given from Book Start. Not as many words as previous book so bit disappointed. Will try 'Sun' and 'Snow' and hopefully will be more entertaining.

I love Carol Thompson, she's a wonderful artist and children's author. I have several copies of these books and I have been reading them to my children since they were infants and they love them.

Great little book for my classroom!

We first borrowed this book (and the three others in the series) from our local library. The whole series is wonderful, viewing weather through a child’s eyes. Fun!

This was purchased for our pre-school class. The book was just as described and arrived very quickly. Thank You!
