Vivo Country Heavy Duty Green Garden Parasol Umbrella Base Stand Concrete Stone 30-38 mm

A lovely parasol stand and of a good heavy weight to withstand winds. Sadly my parasol pole was too thin.The seller was helpful and checked i was aware of the different size fittings. Still no good, so was told I could return it but had to pay the costs of return. I had not realised this when I ordered it so it will probably cost me too much to send back. It now sits in my hallway and is of no use. Disappointed.Will check return procedures more carefully in future.

The base needs some assembly, but it’s a quick and easy job which only takes minutes.Being solid concrete it is more than heavy enough to anchor and hold my garden parasol and I prefer this to the ones which you fill with water. There is a removable plastic section, which I assume is to accommodate different widths of parasol. The design is fairly plain, but I think it looks quite nice.I’m happy with the item and would recommend.

This is a very good garden umbrella base. The base is quite heavy and so far in the month since I bought it, I have not experienced any problem with the brolly blowing away. Having previously used bases with sand or water filling to keep them static, I would say that this is a vast improvement, particularly as the brolly is anchored by being put in the long neck with the screw-in nut which would seem to accommodate a fair number of different sizes of umbrella. The delivery was prompt. I would therefore thoroughly recommend.

I am using this with a 2 metre wide umbrella with an approximately 37mm wide pole so it just fits. Due to the width of the umbrella I could see this blowing over on a windy day as the umbrella acts like a sail but as I have this base sitting under a table with a hole in it supporting the umbrella it is rock steady even on a windy day.

this product is exactly right for the job I had for it. Namely providing a very stable & secure base for my large garden parasol. Even in extremely windy conditions, the base is totally immovable! It also has a detachable plastic insert at the top of the barrel, so that different circumferences of pole can be inserted into the base. A first rate idea.

Ordered 2 of these, and unfortunately the orders got lost. Seller very responsive, offered me a refund or to ship out the items again. I asked for the items to be shipped and very happy with them. The bases are very heavy and sturdy, and assembly is super easy. Looks great and more expensive that it is. Good price.

This product is great, really sturdy, it holds an umbrella up without having to put it through a table. The stand is easy to assemble. The product looks more expensive then it is! Overall very happy.

It did not fit my umbrella! Much to my disappointment there was no collection for retuning it. I was expected to post it back myself!!Hence ,it is still in my garage.The weight of it made it far too expensive to post.It would have cost triple the price of the stand.Very disappointed!
