These planks are fun to play with. Stimulates imagination. Sometimes challenging in making them stand up. It's a test of balancing skills. Good fun though.

These wooden blocks are actually fun to play with a kid. You can build so many different things with the kid. Kids' imaginations will be surprised. They spend hours building and playing with these blocks. Decent quality.

This set consists of a brightly colored "gift box" holding 200 nicely finished wooden "planks", each about 4.9 x 0.9 x 0.25" in size. A couple of simple carrying bags are included. Also included is a small idea book of nice photo images of various building projects.My neighbor is assisting me in building a small barn, and he is often babysitting his 4 year old grandson who has a tendency to try getting underfoot to gather up our wood scraps, so these blocks are wonderful for keeping him happily distracted while we work.The blocks are precision cut from some type of quality white wood, about the color of dried pine, durable but smoothly finished and with no unpleasant odor. In view of the quality I consider this a good value toy.I grew up with building blocks and my barn is coming out great so...you never know! It's a basic toy, but a classic that can be a kid's favorite in that stage of life.Just a reminder, there is a potential choking hazard for kids under 3 years old.

These are solid wood building blocks. They are uniform in size, and you get 200 of them in the box. This is quite a few blocks, both of my kids were able to play with them at the same time without fighting over them.The blocks are not machined, so they are slightly irregular. This isn't generally a big deal, but you might notice if you're trying to build something big and elaborate. They are also fairly thin, so towers and arches may need some extra support.Overall a good value for the price.
