This product does work on Keratosis Pilaris with regular daily use - as with all KP easers the effect stops immediately when one stops using the product but at least it is effective after a couple of weeks.Product arrived on time, good service from this company.

I wanted so much to like this, especially as it is so expensive and I had read so many great reviews online that it would get rid of the keratosis pilaris I have had on my upper arms since I was a teenager. I used it once a day for a week, one pump is enough to do both arms, and it created a large rash all over my arms, tiny little irritated skin bumps :-( So now my arms looks far far worse.It takes FOREVER to sink into the skin in your arms, feels super plastic-y and not nice or moisturising at all once applied. If you try and get dressed about 30 minutes after applying your shirt will be stuck to your arms at least until lunch, and it doesn't smell particularly nice either.It's a large-ish bottle which I was initially pleased with and if I was going to continue to use it I would expect it would last 6 months or more, which is good value for money at least.You can't get your arms in the sun whilst using this or for a week after, so that kinda sucks too.Don't expect this to solve all your KP problems like I did, the only thing that has EVER made my KP go away completely was getting an amazing tan on a three week long hot holiday years ago, wish I could get that for £27.

With exfoliation and this cream it's made my skin more smooth (I can still feel the bumps on my arms). However this product hasn't helped a lot with my KP. The visibility of the KP has gone down a little bit it's still very much there.

This is the best thing I've found since 1998 for keratosis pilaris (chicken bumpy arms). One bottle has lasted me 6 months, I use it once a day after the shower, one pump covers both arms.The bumps on my arms have gone, the redness has gone, my sisters are jealous of my arms and my beauty therapist, whilst giving me a facial, commented unprompted at how lovely my arms were.Highly recommended.

this lotion is great for dry skin.My daugther has very dry skin and i have used so many different creams and lotion on her body but nothing really worked,i have been using it on her body since it arrrived, her skin looks so good, no pimples, soft and glowing skin. i also tryed using on my face to see if it could help with the pimples and the spots, after using it for a week i could see my face glowing, pimples starting to disappear, as for the spots they are clearing but i think it will take time.will buy again

This lotion really does work on ingrown and keratosis pilaris although it is very sticky and for this reason i could not use it

I had high hopes for this based on reviews in that it would help my Keratosis Pilaris.I only used this for a week and my skin came out in hives! My KP looked far worse and it became itchy and sore. Not sure which of the ingredients might have caused this reaction but it I guess this isn't suitable for everyone.

Absolutely brilliant, Iv always had slightly rough skin on the backs of my thighs and tried many scrubs and lotions, this solved the problem in literally 2 days...now I maintain by using daily

Very nice lotion. It moisturizers deeply and gives your skin a healthy ‘glow’. I have some scars from childhood eczema and this has helped diminish hyperpigmentation, discolouration and unevenness in my skin. I added an additional 2 tbsp of 90% lactic acid to the bottle for more of a peeling effect.

I brought this lotion for my daughter because she has KP on her arms. I was on a website and AmLactin advertise this lotion to me.I read a bunch of reviews before buying, ones on Amazon and Walmart. So I was pretty confident in this product after the good and high reviews.However I was disappointed to the fact that after 3 weeks of my daughter applying this lotion, it didn't do anything. Didn't help the redness or appearance of the KP (her KP doesn't itch so that wasn't a concern).The lotion also makes your skin more prone to sun burns because of a chemical. It suggests you to apply sunscreen every time you come into contact with the sun (possibly the UV rays).Honestly, if I'd known about this being a disappointment, I would not have spent $38 dollars on this lotion.OVERPRICED

I bought this for a family member who gets severe flaking and it takes it away completely. Really impressed with this product.

I used Amlactin on my stubborn KP twice every day for about 3 weeks before I saw results. Every other lotion I had previously used made my skin softer but this is the first one that actually made it almost completely smooth! Amazing!!! The only thing it didn't do was fade the redness or marks.About a week after discontinuing use, the rough skin came back. Don't expect a miracle.
