Good quality, and better than taking powder form
A bit too expensive but really good quality and they are easier to swallow than powder shatavri. Ayurvda is the best!

Excellent for fertility
This was recommended to me by a lady working in a holistic healthcare shop. Having suffered from 3 miscarriages, long cycles and then difficulty falling pregnant, i decided to give this a go. It might just be coincidence but I fell pregnant one month after I started taking this with my rainbow baby (now 6 months). I now recommend this herb to everyone (along with high dose vitamin D!).

Very Much Recommended
After suffering terrible menopausal flushes & sleepless nights for some time, I was tried on HRT patches by my practise nurse. 3 weeks into the 4 week cycle I took terrible cramp & started bleeding. It was decided I'd keep going & give another 4 week cycle a go however, 2 weeks in this time, I started cramping again so removed the patch right away. I went to a Herbalist who gave me Pukka Shatavari which I started immediately. No further cramp, no period and no flushes!! I hadn't ever heard of Shatavari. I'd tried other remedies recommended in Boots but none worked at all. Due to my living location I have to be able to buy online and Hopi Direct have proved to be cheaper than instore and deliver promptly.

The best
I used 2 bottles I need to order the 3rd , this supplements are amazing !!! I used to get very bad pain on my first day of period and being on the bed the whole day NOW no more pain or very little here and there :)
