A good source of omega-3
A healthy omega-3 supplement in a capsule that doesn't give any fishy burps that other brands can sometimes give you. Taking a dose of 4 a day means a pack of 30 only lasts 7 full days. However, these seem good quality and I reckon I will drop down to 2 a day after a couple of months and then down to 1 a few months later for a maintenance dose. I order multiple packs at a time to avoid running out as the 30 capsule pack is empty in no time, if using the full dose of 4 a day.

Might be better to go for a pure Krill Oil
NB - it's not pure Krill Oil. It's a krill oil and fish oil mix - which is not that helpful. With some other dodgyish ingredients out there including flavouring! It's not a 3 course meal, it's a fish oil tablet! Might be better to go for a pure Krill Oil.

RANCID!
It seemed to work but could be placebo, either way the pack I recieved was obviously rancid, it stank of fish which it specifically says it does not... and gave me indigestion after consumption. Would not recommend.

Three stars as there is no way to say if these, healthy food, products contribute in any way to persons well being - a bit expensive, that is why I din't buy any more.

Good quality. Not happy to read you can take a few a day. Bought on the basis that it was 30 days supply. So it's really very expensive.

Effective product, I brought it for someone suffering with arthritis and it appears to have helped her joints.Horrible smell, kind of a mix between vanilla and fish. Apparently it tastes of vanilla.I would say it's worth a try and I wouldn't let the smell put you off, that's the only reason it lost a star.
