MajorCrafts® 2000pcs 4mm Mixed Colours Flat Back Half Round Resin Pearls

These are great little pearls, yes they are little but just the size advertised 4mm. I don't think it fair when lots of people are moaning that they are smaller than expected, maybe they should buy a ruler, I'm sure Amazon sells them. I got a great selection of colours, and yes, I counted them. There were actually more than the stated 1000. I'm sure these are sorted by weight, I can't see some poor hack sitting down and counting 1000 to put in each bag! I think the quantity complaint from some people is because it really doesn't look like 1000 are in the bag, don't complain without counting them, it's not fair on other people looking for a helpful review, nor is it fair on the seller.The pearls themselves are lovely and pearly, if you want something that looks like glass, then search for "flat backed gems". A good selection of colours, black, pink, red, grey, champagne, green, blue, yellow, orange, silver.OVERALL: I am delighted with these, and would definitely recommend them

Bought them twice for art craft to use and it was great. Just they are so tiny to pick from the bag. Would prefer if they are in tiny bags separated the colours

Very fiddly and tiny. But pretty colours. The darker shades I probably won't use but you never know may come in handy one day. I've found a way to pick them up and place them where I want them is to use a fine point scoring tool and dip it in a tiny bit of glue (wipe off excess) to pick up the rounded side of bead. You will have to hold the tip there for a few seconds to allow the glue to take hold of the bead or it will stay on the tool.

Mega tiny even though I was aware that they were just 4mm. I think the reason for this is because I had had a similar package of flat backed pearls measuring 5mm and there is more than a 1mm difference. To be fair though, I think the 5mm stones are bigger than stated. Not sure how I'm going to handle them actually, I have seen sticky pens for sale on here but wondered if a blob of white tack on the end of a small stick would do just as good a job. I use these for making faces on stuffed xmas toys, snowmen, santa and gingerbread men and so far they have stayed glued to the fleece that I use and along with the fact that the colours in this pack are stunning I would recommend this product (if you're in to fiddly jobs).

These are an amazing product. Wonderful yet subtle sheen to them. Yes they are small, but I bought them as berries on holly, stamens etc and they are perfect for that. Have already ordered my second packet. Cant recommend them or the seller highly enough.
