Super soft coconut flour
I've tried other coconut flours and they are quite brittle (with little bits in), but these have no lumps, super soft and no need to sieve. Perfect for my keto diet and can use straight out of the packet

Nice
It is coconut powder. Does what it says on the pack. It is good quality too, I think.

cool coconut flour
in my opinion this is the best coconut flour with the added bonuses of the certified raw etc. with other products you could be getting a mixture of different sourced coconuts , but this is safe and every thing you need to know is printed clearly on the packaging ,it is pricey but worth every penny, as you know what you are paying for. With a sweet'TRUE' fresh tasteing coconut flavour, it makes those sweet bakes taste YUM! The flour taste is NOT overpowering in baked goods, but rather ADDS to the flavours. And OH SO GOOD FOR YOU.

Very fine coconut flour. Great for baking
This is a great price for this flour, a little cheaper than my local store and with prime it arrives quickly. This flour is great for gluten free and paleo baking. It gives a nice smooth batter when mixed. Other brands I have found to be more prone to lumps. If you plan to use this make sure you look up specific recipes! This can not be substituted one to one for regular flour. Coconut flour is very absorbent and needs quite a moist batter to cook properly. It also has no raising agent so a little baking soda an vinegar

Great value and smells amazing!
A little goes a long way! I wished I had realised this and then wouldn't have put off ordering it for a while due to the cost. The smell of the flour is amazing too, I could almost eat it out of the bag :) So far I have made 3 banana loaves, chocolate cup cakes, and 2 trays of brownies. There is still around 1/3 of the bag left. Yes there are cheaper coconut flours available, but you get what you pay for, in exactly the same way as coconut oil. Want it to taste and smell amazing, buy this one. Not fussed and just want a flour? Ok maybe get the cheaper one from your local Indian shop...

Superb quality
Bought this to use in my paleo bread recipe and I really love it. Just about the same consistency as wheat flour but with the sweet, fresh smell and taste of a coconut. Have tried other brands but this is the best so far.

Really yummy flour
As someone who cannot eat any grains, I have found this flour to be really wonderful. I have been able to eat baked goods again! You cannot replace it like for like in recipes which call for grain-based flours, though. It requires a great deal more liquid than traditional flours, and the products will fall apart if not held together by a lot of eggs. (All of the recipes I have seen for baked goods using this flour require a lot of eggs and liquid. I tried "winging it" with a recipe I used to use with other flours, and it didn't work.) The flour has a naturally sweet flavour.
