When the product was delivered, the wooden holder was broken. However the seller quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement holder. Now the set as a whole looks beautiful and would definitely recommend this.

A very reasonable price for an item that looks absolutely lovely when set up and the candles lit :) Though I would add, it also looks great during the day as a display item! I was worried about the quality at such a fair price but it is great and packaged brilliantly to prevent damage in transit. The tea lights supplied are tiny and would only last a short while so I'd recommend having, or ordering, extra.

I ordered this product, however one of the tealight holders arrived damaged. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service and I am very happy with the product, it has brought life to the table in which it rests on :)If you are looking to lighten up your room, this is the perfect gift to treat yourself or anyone. Well packaged, nothing broken on arrival. This item makes for a great room feature and has certainly attracted positive comments. The photo's don't do it justice. The only minor comment would be to say there could be a few more stones for the base but it doesn't detract from the overall quality and stunning design.

My order arrived with the cellophane wrapper around the ornament ripped up and one of the tea candle holders smashed thus my parcel was not secure before delivery. The tea candle holder is probably smashed because some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to package it with the pebbles bag placed inside the tea candle holder. Also, there is a chunk of wood missing from the tray as it chipped; probably because the cellophane wrapper was already ripped open before delivering causing the Buddha head to smash around in the box. Furthermore, the wood tray has scratches on the bottom of it which is again likely caused by the Buddha head moving about in the box as it was not secured in place. All in all though this item is really cheaply made. For the £22.50 I paid for it I don't feel it is worth it. For example, the glass that the candle holders are made out of is that very cheap, easy to smash glass (cannot even akin it to Christmas bauble type glass as I feel that would be better made than this) which feel paper thin so I think they would crack and break anyway with the head of candles if you had candles in them for a long period of time (not good when you consider a standard tea candle burns for 4 hours). The 'wooden' Buddha head has hardly any weight to it, feels and sounds hollow and the tray itself (looking at where the wood chipped from it) is that cheap, nasty, ply board/ chipboard type wood. Oh and the free candles? Utter rubbish! They are as thick as a pound coin and I'd not even throw that much at this.
