I really DID wonder how this book/series/trilogy would end! It was a very complicated storyline. Overall I enjoyed the series with its great character development and interesting history. More than once I did have to re-read parts because I 'lost' my way. I did think the ending was rather abrupt given all the detail to get there. All that said, I would read other books by this author!

An easy read with plenty of characters to get your teeth into. Great fun with lots of surprises and also leaving some questions unanswered.

i thoroughly enjoyed the journey with Kirsten through time lines full of flawed but great characters and nasty villains. loved the descriptions of the locales and the broad selection ordinary people who filled them. Read all three novels you won’t be disappointed.

Still a load of unanswered questions. So many characters with incomplete tales. Into Ithaca Bound it is then I suppose.
