Great practice skin needles go in smoothly without any difficulties making it easier to get clean linework compared to other skins I have used in the past where the needles constantly get caught and the machine starts to struggle and stop running. perfect for an apprentice :) would definetely recommend

Surface isn’t smooth - pimply, if that makes sense. It’s easy to wipe clean though, and I didn’t have to set needles deeper than I would on the real thing in order to get the ink in, which I usually do with fake skin.

After I tried different methods of learning and techniques all I can say is that you better put some money aside and try to buy a better fake skin than this! (At the beginning I thought this skin is decent, but I had no experience at all!) Yeah I know is cheap and convenient BUT trust me:1. You lose a lot of time trying to get the ink into the fake skin, a tattoo that can be done in 1h it takes at least 2-3hours just because you have to pass reaaaally slow and several times over it so that the ink remains in the fake skin2. If you want to learn DOT Work, FU...ng HELL! I just lost 4h of my life trying to get the ink in there and I still didn't finish it and I just lost my mind and came to write this review :)) (same for filling with black or colour! attached you can see the evidence)3. The skin is sooo slim it has like 1mm-1.5mm - which on the other hand is pretty decent if you have problems with depth and you want to learn how to use just the tip of the needle, but damn! No! it is not worth it!

Very thin. If youll tattoo as deep as you need for real skin ink will wash out easily. Take care so. You can get use to deep tatooing and on real skin you can make a blow out. Not very good for practising.
