Our Disparu nasal rinse bottle is designed for routine daily use to help treat nasal congestion and sinus blockages. Saline irrigation can help with chronic sinonasal symptoms, coughs and anterior rhinorrhea. Perfect for use at work if you are in a dusty or smoky occupational environment. Instructions - 1. For 500ml of water mix in 4.5g of nasal wash salt, for smaller sachets fill to the correct ml mark on the side. Water should be 37 degrees C. Dissolve salt then tighten cap. Do not use the larger adult sized nozzle with children, its greater flow pressure is not suitable a child's nose. 2. Use the correct posture. Have your upper body leaning forwards, look down and with head slightly leaning to one side. Hold the bottle down and gently insert the tip into one nostril. Relax and breathe through your open mouth only. Do not hold your breath. Press the valve on the bottom of the bottle to control the flow. Do not squeeze the bottle. 3. The solution will enter and clean one nostril then exit the other one. When finishing the nasal wash, release the valve to stop the saline solution flow. Repeat the procedure for both nostrils. Precautions - 1.Do not use plain water or regular salt. Ensure you are using the nasal wash salt. 2.To avoid discomfort, mix nasal solution to the proper concentration by strictly following the instructions on the packet. Our ml markers ensure universal compatibility with any sized salt sachet. 3.Do not use if one side of the nose is plugged tight, or when you have otitis media or other ear diseases. 4.Children 12 years or under should use this product under the guidance of a doctor and parents only. 5.Wash the bottle and attachments thoroughly before and after each use to ensure sterility. 6.The nasal wash bottle is intended as a personal health care product and should not be used for multiple people.
