These are a good idea as you don't always need hammer drill . So you are not shorting the life of your power screw driver / drill..Battery's last about 10 to 15 minutes constant use with hammer drill .. screwdriver etc a lot longer . . For the price and convenience of two battery's and two units I'm not complaining. D I Y buy with confidence.

Don't make the same mistake as i did in thinking you can get good tools at bargain prices.This item is not fit for purpose, even for the simplest of drilling tasks. The batteries take age to charge and then do not hold the charge, or go flat within minutes of reasonable usage. After buying a more expensive better quality electric drill to do the job, i foolishly thought i could at least use the drill bits supplied with the rubbish pair of drills. WRONG. Again these drill bits could not perform the simplest of expected tasks, even bending when any light hand pressure was applied. As i was abroad at the time, it would have cost me more in postage and time to seek any form of redress. This is the only online transaction to date that left me feeling cheated, frustrated and very annoyed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM.

Rated below my highest level - Quality to manufacturers standard, functions as expected. - Hammer action a little light for older concrete penetration. Screw Driver Bits supplied use inferior hardened steel, thus need replacement after short term use. Battery life/duration to hold charge is acceptable - Expect items to survive for 5 years with medium to heavy use.Satisfied with this product, useful tool for the price.

Already got a cordless drill by this manufacturer. Still works fine but it came with two batteries. One developed a fault, wouldn't hold it's charge for long, so I wanted a new battery as the drill works fine.A new battery would have cost £25 so I had a look around and found this set.Uses the same battery as my old one, is a better drill, comes with the lower powered screwdriver, a battery each and a new charger, plus some drills for less than £60.Delighted! Both machines work fine.

Found that the tools were up to the required standard, have paid a lot more before for other brands and have been let down. The main test will be the lifespan of the batteries. For price and fast delivery, very good.

the drills are working well so far .quick charging is plus but screwdrivers are far to soft gone through four already had to revert to an old driver i found in shed.

It was good value for money and it met all my needs I use them for work and for home they was a good buy
