ASHLEY BB-FM152 Kids Interlocking Foam Play Mat Set (9-Piece)

I originally bought these for blocking my knitting on. They worked really well for it as they locked together neatly and firmly. They have since been used by my son as a playmat. They kept him off the cold floor in the winter and reduced the impact of falling when he was learning to sit.They are back in my knitting box for now which shows they are robust as they were originally stuck full of pins and then put through the treatment of a baby and they’re still going strong.

I bought these for blocking some crocheting work. They're a little thin, about 1cm in thickness, so I had to be careful with how deeply I stuck the pins in. But that aside they certainly meet my blocking needs. I used eight out of nine of the pieces to block a scarf, so I imagine if you're going to be blocking bigger things, you'll need at least a set of two.

I bought these to make platforms for training my dog. They are nice and easy to cut up, and I still had 5 squares left to make a non-slip area for training on my laminate floor. Excellent for my lad's joint exercises and they don't slide on the floor. He finds them easier to walk on than a yoga mat, and I like that they can be arranged in various ways, e.g. in a line for cavaletti work or in a square for more static exercises.

Along with other buyers I bought this to block crochet. I was using a gardeners kneeling pad before which was fine for small squares etc but of no use for larger items. This is ideal. I had a queue of crocheted items to do and this has been perfect. I would highly recommend this if that is your reason for buying. No issues regarding the service from the seller.

You need two sets at least to block a small shawl but they do the job perfectly. Inside, you can avoid dampness on your flooring but outside you will need to hold down the corners if there is a breeze. Once you are finished with them, they pack up and store easily. Great for blocking knitting projects.

I bought this to use as a blocking board for my crochet and it's perfect. Some blocking boards can be so expensive but this was a much cheaper alternative and does the job just as well. Would advise anyone on Amazon looking for blocking boards to ditch the expensive ones and buy these instead!

These mats are multifunctional and great quality for the price. I've used it for my crochet blocking and it works well. If you find it too thin you can always use 2 layers which is not bad considering the price of these, as you get more bang for your buck compared to the overpriced crochet mats.

Great for blocking my crochet granny squares. Doubles as a soft play mat for my toddler. No complaints.
