Botanic Choice Liquid Extract, Fenugreek Seed, 1 Fluid Ounce

Great extract. I bought this item as a liquid for my Vape and to add a boost to my NBE lotion. I'm not sure how well it worked in either regard for these are abnormal uses of the item. At the very least, in pill form I have a severe intolerance with several horrible side effects. I did not have any of those with this liquid item. I think it smells quite amazing too, like maple syrup pancakes!

If you are looking to use Fenugreek for bust enhancement, this is the way to go. Applying a small amount of this extract and massage into my skin for a few minutes a day (right before a shower, mind you, because it has a strong and distinct smell of curry and spices) and I have noticed a significant change within the last few months. I am more full in the chest and quite happy with the results! I did not lose the results when I lowered my usage to once a week, either.

Like others have said it isn't the best tasting but it is a strong extract. I wanted to use it in a cream as a massage lotion type thing and it worked well. It has a very strong spicy smell that reminds me of curry. Its very oily and doesn't absorb into skin well alone, in the lotion or other carrier oils it does a better job though, I recommend making your own cream if you'll be using it for breast enhancement.

Pretty nasty tasting. I still will take it for the benefits but whatever you put it in make sure it already has a strong flavor to cover it up.

It getting used to. The fragrance is a bit strong but like I said, it takes some getting used to. Delivery was fast and the product was sealed very well. Price WS not too bad. Will buy again.

The smell/taste are pretty strong, so there's no hiding this in food or beverage. If you mean to take this as a supplement, I'd say take it straight.
