Genuine Samsung USB Type C Charge & Sync Cable For Samsung Galaxy A3(2017), A5(2017), A7(2017) and Compatible to All Other Samsung USB Type C Devices (Type C Cable Only)

I purchased the product in November 2018 and it stopped charging after 6 months.My previous charger was a genuine Samsung charger and worked for 2 years before it broke.I think it's unlikely that Samsung would make a product with such a short lifespan, as it wouldn't want to deal with frequent returns. So, I think this must be a counterfeit product.The seller refused to replace it.

I am not confident that this is a genuine Samsung charger, or if it is, it is not working properly. It did not have any cardboard packaging, just a small plastic bag. When I plug into my phone , I get an error message stating that it is on slow charge and to use the charger that came with the phone . It does however charge my phone, albeit slowly. Also this charger is not recognised by my pc when using it to download photos from my phone to the pc I have since bought another charger from a phone shop in the high street , that came with the full packaging and I can charge my phone, with no error messages and can download photos onto my pc.

Doesn't work at all for a start. I'm aware there are other variants of the cable but this still doesn't seem genuine from comparing to my current cable and the cable included with the s10e because:-It is extra long, the one included with the s10e is 1m, and from other reviews and answers people are saying either 1m or 1.2m, this one seems to be 1.5m.-It says it's made in China whereas the original cables say made in Vietnam.-In addition, the construction of the cable is much weaker as it's plastic so is much more prone to breaking.Original one is the one on the right in both images attached

I do not recommend because you can use the cable only to charge the phone. The sync with the pc it's not working. The quality of the cable is very poor. Very disappointed. I gave 1 star because this is the minimum.

These don't look legitimate Samsung cables. No clear sheath or barcode scanner as in the picture ... in fact no mention of Samsung anywhere ...just white tie wraps in a brown envelope. Amazon should be checking suspected counterfeit products ... especially those which could cause fires. I won't be risking these ... and not worth the hassle returning them. Suspected scam successful.

Product states it fits Samsung galaxy A5 but this cable keeps coming loose and not charging. It also does not look like a genuine Samsung charger when compared to the one which came with the phone. The plastic around the part which attaches to the phone has also cracked with only a couple of uses. Definitely cheap for a reason.

I bought this because of those magic words “ suitable for all Samsung devices” or words to that effect. I know it was only just under £3 but now the old charging lead has finally given up the ghost this one does not fit, apparently this is type C . I do not know what the Samsung Tab 2 model SMT 810 is but it’s obviously not type C . Why do these people make it so awkward.

When I attached this cable to my phone (a Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) I received a warning message that it was not a genuine Samsung product. I was given the choice of removing it or ignoring the warning. As I needed to charge my phone, I ignored the warning. It works to charge the phone. However, the least movement or vibration makes the phone end disengage. On examination and comparison with a known Samsung lead the phone connection is a fraction shorter than on the known genuine one. I'm keeping it a spare, but have bought a replacement cable elsewhere. The old adage applies: If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is.
