It is somewhat rare for me to leave a product review. However I feel compelled to on this occasion.I ordered this product frankly on a whim. For years I have used alternative branded products costing upwards of twice the price.The product arrived at my door two days after my purchase, safely and considerately packaged up.Inside you will find four things;A general cleaning fluid – This works well removing grease dust and other stains.Fret board “honey” - Probably my favourite element of the package, I have two guitars one made before I was born and the other the same age as me. Overtime the fretboard has had some good usage, collected grime and lost its magic. This stuff worked better than any other product I have used. It brought back that dark nice smelling smooth new feel to the instrument. Fantastic.Wax – This is a pretty good quality wax, nice hard shine. If you were to buy a wax of the same size for say a car, you would likely pay the price of this whole package.Finally a polishing cloth – This is a good quality cloth no edges, no sharps no labels nice soft and lint free.All round this is a great product if you are unsure whether to buy or used to Gibson endorsed or Fender endorsed products, give this a go you will be pleasantly surprised. And don’t be afraid that they look relatively small, the way in which they are used his will last for some time.Lots of nice personal touches from the seller.Very impressed,I will be buying again.Thanks very much,Patrick Stewart.

I bough this to finish off a restoration project on an 80's vintage Gibson Les Paul custom. I was impressed by all the products in the pack - but it's the wax that blew me away! So easy to apply, very little work required, easy (very easy!!!) to buff off (especially with the amazing cloth included) and the results are staggering. To get this kind of quality on a car polish - you'd pay the same amount as the price of the whole pack! Going to have to work though all of my guitars now to bring them up to this amazing standard!

Just what I wanted. Used so far on a Fender Stratocaster, Gibson Les Paul and Tokai Love Rock II. All had become dull but now look as good as new. Kit consists of tin of carnauba wax, detailing spray, cleaner spray for fretboard and special fibre cloth which has no edging which could cause fine scratches. The kit is not cheap but each product works well and the result is worth the cost and the effort. I have decided this will now be my instrument cleaner of choice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product,which arrived with a small free all metal five led torch. Thanks Philip !

WOW!! stripped down my 25 year old guitar, exfoliated the fretboard. in preperation for this product. expensive? anything else would be a false economy. this stuff is amazing and of the highest quality i've used. the smudge off required virtually no buffing and the blue microfibre cloth was excellent in shining the chrome hardware. the chamois also is of the highest quality i've used and made cleaning effortless and if possible "enjoyable"the guitar honey, cleaned and nourishedthe rosewood fretboard beautifully, with no stickiness.the wax...WOW!!! talk about a hard, mirror finish. faultless in my opinionwith the addition of easy to follow instructions supplied by the vendor, you can't go wrong.

5 Stars, Yes, and very well deserved. In every respect. Excellent communication from Philip at every step. Item despatched immediately and arrived a couple of days later. Some nice cards and additional info included in the pack with the product itself. I watched a couple of vids on YouTube before purchasing and can honestly say, Gerlitz 'The Works' really does what it says on the tin. I tried it out on one guitar, a translucent blue Rally Les Paul, and the difference was incredible. Used it on another 4 guitars since, all with equally impressive results. Hats off to Gerlitz, Posh Guitars and Philip for his customer service and attention to detail. Not to mention his noble charity work. Well impressed and cannot recommend this product or company enough. A real pleasure deal with and will use again. If you own a well loved and used guitar, buy this. You won't regret it.

Fantastic guitar polish and care kit. If you're going to feed and protect your prized equipment this is the one to go for. It may be a little pricier than others but it lasts really well and can be used on any acoustic finish even nitrocellulose without fear of damage. Think how much your guitar costs and question why you would not want to give it the best protection you can. Well you can and this is it 👍

This is probably the best accessory I have ever bought for my guitars. The wax is so amazing, it makes my guitar shine like crazy. I have tried it on solid black painted body and on natural finished necks. The neck becomes really smooth to feel and play. Havent tried the fretboard honey and smudge off but I am positive they will be great too. A must-have for every guitar player or stringed instrument owner. Rock on!

I bought this product to use on my old Martin as it was starting to look a little road worn. After using different types of polishing products, I must say this is a good product. Would I buy it again! Yes.
