Great strong durable product
Great value for money helped me get my strength back in my tendons and ligaments in my hand after invasive surgery. Long lasting and survived in my handbag which is full of random things for ages without getting damaged or ruined. Strong material yet flexible with good resistance. Comfort I marked lower because the finger holes were a bit small for me, but still useable. Good physiotherapy tool for hand a wrist strength. Would recommend

Fiddly to get on, but a good workout for the hands!
I'm looking to improve the strength in my hands because I find playing saxophone really makes them ache so having these to fiddle with for a while when I'm watching TV seems like a great idea. There are no instructions but it is fairly easy to figure out what to do with them. The finger ones I find quite hard to get on and off as I have big hands and even my partner with smaller fingers had trouble. Having said that once they're on they are good to use. Both items are good and you can feel your hands are having to do a bit of work in the right areas. Each item comes with 2 different strengths so I've started with the easier ones which provide a good enough bit of resistance for the moment and it will be good to have the other 2 to move on to when I'm ready. I can feel them working so think it is worth doing!

Love them
Great set of items. You get two rings and two finger things. Even the easier one is still enough to get you started. Really helps with my RSI and elbow tendonitis. Also great as an in car stress reliever for when stuck in traffic.

Will the bands FIT!!!!!
The item comes in two parts - one is two donuts of different compression strength (40lb+50LB) these are great and work well. The other part you push your fingers and thumb into the holes and then stretch them out to exercise your hands. The PROBLEM the holes are to small - if you have the fingers of a 12 year old girl its no problem -I am a man with large hands and my fingers fit into the thumb hole and have to force the fingers into the finger holes and that damages the skin around the nail which is very uncomfortable after a few uses.

Perfect for improving strength
At first i was put off as i was looking for a exercise ball and didn't think this would be as good but it is great if not better than a ball.Perfect for improving hand strength and the donut shape means it also fits easily in your pocket, I just carry it with me and use it when I'm walking or waiting.I progressed quickly to the more difficult handgrip. One thing you will find at first is it will seem very difficult and this is not purposely done, the hand grips need breaking in, they are very stiff at first but after a couple of hours they get a little easier and remain at that level.

Useful
The packaging stated that they were Medium, as they're for remedial work I could probably have had a Light to stat with. The orange "doughnut" and dark blue bands seem to be heavier than the light blue. They arrived yesterday afternoon so the above are very much first impressions. I did some sets with the lighter feeling set while watching TV last night and I can feel the effects in the areas it was meant for.2 cons, the finger holes could do with being a bit larger, I'm assuming they're unisex. A leaflet with showing a few basic exercises would also be useful.Having said that I think they're worth the price.

Great Secret Santa gifts.
I received a set of these for Christmas last year, liked them so much I gifted a couple to my climbing buddies this year. Great for building finger strength and warming up the forearms/fingers before climbs.

He keeps one in his coat pocket for when he gets bored and has something to do
Bought as a present for my guitarist-rock climber fiance - he loves them and uses them quite a lot for strengthening exercises. He keeps one in his coat pocket for when he gets bored and has something to do! All in all a great gift and great in what they do.
