DEFECTIVE PRODUCT,
I had not used this monitor until just recently. You can tell how much I had used it since purchasing it, as it has never been charged, so eventually, when I got around to charging it, it wouldn't charge. I had the product for 8 months only and defective. Would look elsewhere. I would very much like to leave negative feedback about the Company on Amazon feedback but it only allows feedback up to 90 days. At the end of the day, Amazon refunding me in full (Thank you Amazon) but no thanks to the lack of Customer Service from the Manufacturer of this product.

Good product
My father really like this blood pressure very comfortable and working as it should. Also there is application on the phone where you can look at blood pressure info graph.

Wasted weeks of my time
This is the second unit I send back. Does not enter into configuration mode, despite doing exactly as instructed (power on, then press and hold power button for 5 seconds). Instead, it just switches off in a kind of electronic f-you. Wasted weeks of my time.
