I used these when starting to rehab from foot surgery. I was non weight bearing for weeks so this was something I could use at home. Would be great for athletes, dancers, gymnasts as so portable so good way of keeping up fitness even when abroad. Good range of band strengths and lenght of loop also appropriate. Maybe a few sample exercises or a link to sample exercises might make them more useful to those who might not know how useful they can be.

Like that it came with a little bag to store the bands.Like all bands different resistance intensity.Like the quality, it won't snap, unless you are Hulk hahaDislike, the smell. But after couples of uses it goes away.All in all, good quality bands, could have come with a leaflet with some example of exercise that you could do with them. I don't like to have to rely on the internet to find them.

Very pleased with this product. Quick delivery and 5 different strengths of resistance bands (colour coded) in a nice "sporty" bag. Much better than the amateurish elastic sewed together myself that I had been using previously! I actually feel motivated to use these bands. Highly recommend them.

I'm very disappointed with these bands I ordered them to use for glute activation and various excerises. Unfortunately they are to long to give any resistance and even the x-strong one is very weak. Such a shame as the bag and presentation was nice and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I cannot use them.
