I had high hopes for this, because as like a lot of people, despite the undeniable joy of furtling around one's earhole with a cotton bud, it's not exactly the best thing for your ear.So, ordered and received this. After managing to get over the initial worry of inserting something like this into my ear cavity and turned, following the direction of the arrow as indicated on the device. After a few turns, I pulled it out, eagerly expecting to see a chunk of wax the size of a golf ball attached to it, and my hearing to be instantly owl-like, be it in one ear only. Alas, there wasn't anything on the curly bud. Not a thing, zip, nada. So, tried the other ear and again nothing.Perhaps, if your ears are literally so chock-full of wax, that Yankee Candles could hire you as a mobile display by making you lay on one side, and sticking a scented wick in you ear, then PERHAPS this device might come in useful. I suspect though, that for the rest of us, these may just be a poor rival for our naughty but nice earbud rummaging treat.

Sorry, didn't work for me, hurt when I tried to use, compacted the wax driving it in further rather than clearing it out and tip tended to disconnect from handle far too easily....binned already after using just two xx

Not something I would order again. Its a pretty cheap looking product, it tips dont seem to fit securely into the handle, so I worry they will come apart whilst in my ear, the plastic is hard so when inserted into the ear, its uncomfortable. Also doesnt seem to pick up any wax. I think this is due to the plastic being so hard and not being able to bend to the shape of the ear canal.

I suppose if you had wet ear wax it would work well as the tips are soft,and many provided.However for hard wax, will not work well.

It fits in the ear nicely but is made of such soft rubbery material that it just finds any old random form or nookie to compress into... then turning it gives it a life of it's own moving it round the ear squishing against everything it seems except wax. It came out super clean every time, but put a cotton bud in afterwards and it's pretty clear that Mr Wax is still stealthily hiding out in there.

Personally I did not think much of it. I have itchy ears so maybe not designed for what I hoped.

I have tried these about 20 times and can not get them to work st st. Back to my ear buds!

I have really clean ears or this does not work very well.
