It really works !!!!
I suffered from Traction Alepicia which caused my hair to start thinning and I developed large patches of baldness in some places.it became worse when I started the menopause.My friend who works as a practice manager in a Gp surgery recommend this product to me years ago. I tried it and got good results only after a month and decided to use a cheaper alternative but didn’t get the same results. I didn’t use the product for years but I started again two weeks ago and there has been a marked improvement. I would highly recommend this product. I will keep you updated!!

My temples are considerably less bald!
I have been using these for 3 months now and can really see a difference! The hair at my temples has been a lot thinner than the rest of my hair for years and seemed like it was getting worse recently, so decided to try these after a recommendation from a friend. For the first 6 weeks I saw no difference- and then all of a sudden I had loads of new hairs sprouting up at the temples, so you may need to be patient, but eventually, these pills really work!First picture is my left temple before taking them, second picture was taken a week ago.

Been taking this for few years now on & off. Certainly notice difference in strength of nails if I've been off it for a while, you need to take full course (that means 3 a day for 3 months) to really get benefit. Would recommend.

Really great product - it works !!!
I've been using Fast shampoo and conditioner for over six months and only been using Pill food for mere two weeks so don't know if it's a cumulative result of using both or a happy coincidence. But no, I'd say pill food had something to do with it because my hair just feels fantastic!! It's healthy, shiny, full bodied (without blow drying) - feels alive! It's also stronger and just suddenly grew. I'm very happy with the supplement and will continue to take it for a few months. Who doesn't want super long strong healthy sexy shiny hair, right? I'm sold!

I'm a crazy poor student and my hair is falling out from bleach ...
19 out of 100 capsules were split and falling out the packet. I'm a crazy poor student and my hair is falling out from bleach so I'm going to eat them dodgy battered open pills anyway, so if I die its from my own negligence / thrifty attitude. But if I was a middle aged white woman I would definitely be bothered enough to send this product back, get a refund AND a replacement, and write a more scathing review. No idea if they work yet, I might not live long enough to know. Wish me luck.

II have only been taking them for a month but have already noticed an improvement in my hair, should take them for at least 3 months . I have sent for a further supply as I am confident that they will continue to make my hair stronger
