Cotton Prime2 pairs Mens Chunky Wool Socks, Norwegian Thick Winter Socks

Nice thick socks, keep your feet toasty warm, good old hiking look... issue, worn once and there's now a big hole baring my big toe. The knit isn't tight enough in my opinion. Fit wise is okay bit on the large size for a size 9, recommend the smaller size if you want a snugger fit. I guess for the money you get what you pay for but I am dissapointed I've worn through a pair in a day, just a normal days work in a pair of work boots... Would I buy these again? Probably not, I'd spend the extra couple of quid on something more durable if I'm honest.

Concuring with a previous review, I did find that one pair came with a small hole near the toe which quickly became a larger hole and another pair had a loose thread which has started to unravel. Both pairs wear slightly loose on my size 10 feet, which leads to a little 'sock-creep' in loosely tied boots. However, these socks are comfortable and kept my feet warm and I'll probably buy another pair when mine wear out, so in the balance of things, I'll rate them 4 stars.

Didn't expect anything this good at the price! The low price almost put me off. You could pay £20 a pair for the equivalent at a hiking store (and I have). Super fit lovely soft thick material and washable with a normal load.

It's snowing! I am so glad I bought these. Two matches at the Etihad this past week, feet lovely and toasty. Highly recommended.

Not the best socks ever purchased, not the worst either. Stitching at toes requires some rework and I'm not convinced they will last long...
