FichiFig and Nut Bites, a Wholesome and Delicious Gluten-Free Italian Fruit and Nut Snack (One Pack, Fig and Walnut)

I am trying to stick to a limited ingredient diet due to multiple food sensitivities and these are now one of my go to food snacks! I like that they satisfy both a sweet and substance craving (not just "air" and empty calories)! Food is supposed to give you energy, not drain it and this is real food. It keeps me satisfied until my next meal and sometimes is part of my meal on a light day. Today for lunch I had an organic banana, 2 fichi bites and a cup of black coffee. Will be ordering the 6 pack now that I know I love these. Blessings!

Very tasty for those on a special diet.

These are delicious! I've purchased at Costco and since they no longer have them, I bought 3 bags for 9.99 each from Amazon. I was shocked that 1 bag had 4 pieces and the other had 6 pieces. (Too used to giant bag from Costco?)...For 30.00? Like I said delicious but I'll not buy them again...not for the small count. But have I said they are SO good!

These are a great way to have a nutritious snack on hand when you don't want to eat a heavy meal. Simple with only 2 ingredients. Only downside is I thought it was a little pricey for the portion.

The taste is terrible! They are too expensive.

Snacks afre healthful and taste great but package is quite small. Not many bars in it. We are used to generous Costco size. Not worth buying at Amazon. Just go to Costco.

Interesting snack but not my first choice going forward. They are filling and taste like a fig bar. They are very similar to a brownie.
