Quality change
I have ordered this brand again and again for many years. It has always been a great product, the powder was fine and the granules were small. This time the granules were gigantic and no longer a fine powder. Please go back to how it used to be or I will be forced to change to another brand.

MSM is a fantastic product! Especially for joint pain
MSM is a fantastic product! Especially for joint pain, years of riding motorbikes in the wind, rain and icy cold weather, not to mention falling off the darn things on a regular basis tends to give you pain in the fingers, hands and legs. I have two teaspoons in the morning about 6am before work and the same at 6pm and my pain level goes from 10 to 0. The more regular the better. My normal supplier although very good is far too expensive for me and there was a week or so when I couldn't afford it, my God did I notice the difference. I had completely forgotten how awful it was living with constant pain. I searched for a cheaper supplier and the reviews lead me to this product, I wasn't sure at first, but it works just as well. A drop of iodine and my beloved magnesium oil (which I make my self) and I'm 12 again, bendy as a willow and the sex drive of a randy teenager. Oh! And don't forget the solenium fokes and a bit of fresh lemon first thing in the morning and the world is your oyster. Generally, I don't see doctors but had to register for a new one and he could not believe I was 50, he actually thought he had the wrong forms. So Wahoooooo, there you go!

Probably not the purest type
I bought this before doing a bit more research into MSM. It seems that the distilled version made in the US under the name OptiMSM is the best kind to take. This is no slight on Indigo Herbs, they fully explain on their website the origin and manufacturing process used to make their MSM, and no doubt it's very effective. Sulfur is the 4th most abundant mineral in the body and getting MSM from diet alone can be tricky as we don't know what's in the soil that provides our food. I just think if you're going to take MSM then plum for the best type which is distilled not crystallised.

Good pure product.
I used to take MSM in tablet form and decided to try it in powder because there are no bulking agents. I take just under half a teaspoon in a glass of water twice a day, since MSM should be taken every 12 hours to keep it in your system. It is best to take with a source of Vitamin C to aid it, I use supplements when I am not drinking citrus juices.I take it to increase collagen production in my skin and improve hair and nails. If taking for the first time take a tiny bit at first and build up gradually, there is a detox effect some people experience. I didn't really notice it but I had taken msm tablets before although over a year ago.My packet would not reseal (the reseal strip detached from the foil packet) so I had to find a container to store it in. I found the price good and the product very good.
