I’ve suffered with plantar fasciitis on and off for a few years now. It’s always worse in the winter so I normally use shoe inserts which I have found very effective however I can’t fit the shoe liners into my dog walking boots so I needed an alternate. I decided to give these a try and I’m pleased with the results so far. You do get a pair but I’m only wearing one at the moment. As they fit both feet it’s good for having a spare when you want to wash it. I know from past experience with support socks that the sizing is exceptionally important. I believe you can’t just go on the shoe size. You have to also think about how large your ankles are. It’s no good having a tight support on your foot if that results in the sock basically stopping the blood flow through your ankle. So my ankles are not those of a super model and I ordered the L/XL. I’m a size 7 foot and I’ve got wide fitting feet (E) The size was just about right. Any tighter and I wouldn’t have been able to wear them. Any looser and they wouldn’t have helped. I do like the softer wide band round the ankle as it’s definitely more comfortable. I don’t wear them all day but I can keep them on for several hours. I tend to use them when I know I’m going to be on my feet and take them off when I’m sat relaxing. Now these socks are not an instant fix. Don’t put them on and except the pain to be gone. It takes a while ( usually within a couple of weeks) before you start feeling the benefits. In conjunction with wearing these you should also do exercises first thing in the morning which you can find online. I’ve found after wearing them each day for a week the pain is definitely reduced. They are really good value for money just to get rid of the pain. I’m optimistic that by Xmas I will be feeling a lot more comfortable. They wash really well too. I tend to do them by hand and don’t iron them. So I would recommend these, just err on the side of caution with your sizing.

I have worn these socks twice now, so feel able to give a review. I have found them comfortable to wear, although I would have preferred to have the toes enclosed. This is probably as I took the advice to go up a size after reading the other reviews. I was worried that if I had ordered my shoe size (5) that they would be too tight. However I regret going up a size as I found the next size up too long in the foot, so I had to wear some trainer socks underneath them. I found that the socks supported my arches and stopped most of the pain I get from plantar fasciitis and this was after walking for several hours so they really helped.

Have been using these socks for 2 winters now, and they have been an absolute lifesaver. My plantar fasciitis symptoms begin to appear as soon as the weather gets a bit cold, and the first year it happened I had no idea of what it was - I hadn't experienced a pain like that ever before. It started with the heel being inflamed, and then the sharp, tingling pain started to radiate from the heel to the toes, along the plantar fascia. This was during the height of the Covid pandemic, and as you can imagine I could get no help from my GP. As soon as I started wearing these socks, the pain subsided and gradually reduced to almost nothing - I could walk normally while I was limping earlier. I started wearing them immediately at the onset of winter the previous year, and so far thankfully I have experienced no pain.The socks seem to be holding up well so far, having been washed multiple times in the washing machine along with the regular socks. The fit is perfect. Would definitely recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis.

Chose the pink as I love the colour rather than the brand. They are very good for ankle support but haven’t helped with the neuropathic pain

Thanks so much for all the great reviews that helped me to decide to get these socks. I have suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for a number of years but never bothered to do anything about it. It got to the point that I was in so much pain I decided to start looking at what options were available. I stumbled across these and the rewiews were so good I thought I would give them a try. It's been just under a week and I have been wearing them all day. I get virtually no pain from the minute I put them on. I am so pleased! Before I could never walk bare foot on a hard floor but with these on I can without any pain. I have bought new slippers with support which arrived today so I'm hoping that using both together will really help. I am also going to look into an insole for my outdoor shoes but in the meantime these are really helping. I tried a different brand as these were quite pricey and wanted another couple of pairs but I just couldn't get on with them. These don't feel tight around the ankles, and the top is smooth under your foot so it doesn't feel as if you are treading on something thick and uncomfortable. They have the right amount of support all round. They fit well - I chose a small/medium and take a size 4. As a result of wearing these my skin on my feet, particularly my heels, is much softer and most of the cracking that was there has gone which I wasn't expecting! If you are thinking about getting these don't delay! Buy them today! I'm so glad I did!

Bought this to try and help tendonitis in my right foot. I wore it every day and straight after putting it on I was feeling relief and most importantly I was pain free! My tendonitis cleared fully within 2 months! Recently my partner badly twisted his foot, he could not fully put it down/bend when walking. Offered to try these socks. He is wearing it for a week now and started seeing improvement. It also helps him to walk. Said the difference with it on compared to without is huge. Would highly recommend this item. Delivery was also fast and after measuring had no issues with sizing.

I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis off & on for years but it's gotten really bad over the past few weeks. Everytime I get out of bed or stand up after sitting for a while I can barely put any pressure on my left foot because the pain is intense! Then I would limp around for a while until the pain subsides enough for me to do any walking. I found these & after reading some reviews I placed an order. I received them the next day & couldn't wait to get them on my feet! First off, love the bright pink color! Secondly they were very easy to put on & feel extremely comfortable, so much so that I actually forget that I'm wearing them (side note: I really appreciate that they are open toed because I cannot deal with feeling my toes being squished). Now the most important thing ... Do they alleviate the foot pain? 100% YES but not immediately after the first time putting them on or wearing them the first day. The pain relief was very noticeable on day 2. The first day I wore them around the house for an hour or two, took them off but wore them to bed. When I got out of bed I was shocked that I was able to actually stand up, put my slippers on, & walk, not limp slowly & pathetically, but actually walk to the bathroom without that sharp, crippling pain. Day two I wore them most of the day & again throughout the night & when I woke up on day 3 the pain was about 90% gone! I will definitely be ordering a few more pairs because these are absolutely amazing!

Bei Schuhgröße 42 passt mir L ganz gut. Die Kompression ist angenehm und auszuhalten. Ich habe auch noch stärkere Bandagen. Man muss variieren können. Ich selbst hatte gerade ziemliche Probleme mit Tibialis posterior Sehne.

Me sujetan bien el pie y de momento me duele menos el talón.

Nach einer Plantarfaszien-Ruptur muss ich Einlagen tragen. Wollte das enge Gefühl durch die Einlagen im Schuh umgehen, dafür eignen sich die Socken super. Der Fuß wird gestützt und ich habe während dem Sport keine Schmerzen.

Ho aspettato di usarle un po di volte prima di recensirle. Devo dire soddisfatta! Materiale buono, compressione perfetta, ho comprato la taglia giusta. Mi ha risolto un po il problema della fascite ai piedi emi sostiene bene il tendine d'achille a cui ho avuto tempo fa una lesione. Sono molto soddisfatta
