These things are magic! Before I was taping my soles of my feet up to help prevent the heel pain brought on by plantar fasciitis, but what a drag that was, because once taped up I didn't want to take the tape off again for about 5 days, otherwise I would have had to retape, so I was stuck with it day and night. Now whenever I'm doing activity I pop these babies under my socks and I'm off like a shot, but more importantly after the post activity rest I'm still off like a shot, because the support bandage does a damned good job at alleviating the heel pain. I doesn't eliminate the pain completely, but it makes it totally manageable and enables me to get on with walking hiking and jogging without worrying about the heel pain later. Top job!

I've suffered from really bad foot pain due to Plantar Fasciitis for a while now, and I must say, these socks have worked way better than I expected. The job I work involves near constant walking, for up to 15 miles a day, and my feet were at breaking point. Most mornings, when getting out of bed, I literally couldn't stand, hand to furniture walk and almost crawl around the house until I "broke" my feet back in.Been wearing these socks day and night since I bought them, and although there is still some pain there now and then as to be expected, its MUCH better than it was before, this morning, I was able to spring out of bed and go about my day right away, without all the usual agony and pain, feeling sturdy on my feet for the first time in months.Maybe its a bit of a placebo factor too, mind over matter and that, but either way, I'm just glad to have some quality of life back. As far as comfort goes, they feel perfectly fine to me wearing them 24/7 - my feet are a size 12 but they don't feel too tight on them or anything.If your someone that's been suffering from constant foot pain like myself, then for the price of these socks - which isn't much more than a box or two of painkillers, it can't hurt to try them out.

Excellent feel , I was worried it will be uncomfortable or too tight/scratchy . Quite the opposite ! Very high quality , can use it on bare feet around the house, or with any type of shoe. I am happy to say the immediately after one hour wearing them my pain is gone ! Also I like the fact that they attached an ‘exercise sheet’ same as recommended by NHS , but I completely forgot how to do . Now I also have a reference to fix my feet !!

These are very tight when you first put them on and I was very dubious about wearing them. However I very quickly received a useful email explaining all this and I started to wear them all day. They are extremely comfortable and I have noticed that the pain I had has reduced and I can walk a lot easier than before. I have also received another email with a comprehensive guide to plantar fasciitis which I have to say is the best guide I have seen and I can't praise too highly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product and customer service and along with the exercises I do, I am well on the road to recovery. I can highly recommend them.

I have been using these socks since November 2017. I only use one on the affected foot.They do the job as described but as in all things relating to one’s health it is subjective. I find some days they really help yet on others I have to remove the sock after a number of hours because it is hurting due to lack of circulation in the foot. That is not the fault of the sock, just the condition my foot is in.I thought the information supplied with the socks was very good even though I had researched the condition and was aware of the exercises that may help – they don’t, for me !It is worth spending the money to see if the socks can help. Even if they don’t it is worth trying.My GP said that if I could lie in bed for 3 months then the plantar fasciitis would go away and since that was not realistic, expect it to take up to 3 years to heal – I am now in my 3rd year !Enjoy ….

This product is fine for those who are fit and healthy, who are mobile and active.They are supportive items to help with foot/heel pain and circulation.BUT, these are NOT for folks with Odema (whatever the cause) and lower limb circulation issues.Do not buy if you are diabetic or have other conditions which cause Odema in ankles and feet.I made this mistake.As I also have foot/heel pain too.Product is fine, just not for those with lower leg/foot swelling issues.Regardless of foot size.

I am a runner and have suffered from plantar fasciitis for 18 months, tried various therapies (shock wave, steroid...), stretching, icing, rollering, orthotics, no running (!!) and done all that was possible to improve matters. The PF has been getting better gradually, and got to the stage where it was more of a discomfort than pain, and that's when I decided to try these. They are tight-ish, feel the same as strapping, and you wear the sock on the affected foot with your running sock over the top. I wear one, run in it then wash it in cold water and leave it to dry and as there are two in the pack I then use the other one the next time. As there are no toes, these are great to wear if you are in sandals or flip flops too as I wear them when I'm not running too. The result for me has been amazing - pain free running, and now even more than that, totally discomfort free as well enabling me to get back to training and enjoying it. The PF hasn't yet gone completely (sometimes reminds me its there during the day, but never when I'm running) but it has improved no end and I've got my life back! Should mention that I take out the sock liners in my running shoes (both shoes) and have replaced with Orthaheel orthotics, the full length sports ones with arch support. Combination of arch support, gel heel cup and then these socks has worked wonders.
