The LA Brace Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint is designed to promote healing following ankle surgery, and to alleviate the symptoms of Achilles Tendonitis and Plantar Fasciitis. A combination of a lightweight polypropylene frame, cushion foam padding and 3 padded straps holds the foot comfortably in a controlled angle of dorsiflexion. When this stretch is sustained for a prolonged period (e.g. overnight) the Plantar Fascia is held in a better position for healing. Research has shown that night splinting is effective in relieving symptoms in over 80% of cases of Plantar Fasciitis. A removable foam insert can provide greater extension, if needed, while the exterior features an anti-slip surface that helps to keep the foot in a stable position.

THE BEST THING I'VE EVER BOUGHT
I wore these (bought two) for approx 9 weeks and have now been going to bed without them for approx 7 weeks and my feet feel amazing!!I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for about 6 months (felt like an eternity). In that time I had been prescribed diclofenac anti inflammatory and had the dosage upped, I was referred to podiatry (who just fobbed me off with the most uncomfortable ridiculous shoe inserts you've ever seen). I was wearing super support Sketchers every day and was at my wits end, I couldnt walk for long before having to sit down as though I was 90 years old (I'm 24) and had to brace myself every morning before stepping onto the floor and feeling the first weight of the day on my feet.I honestly felt like nothing would cure it and I'd have to just put up and deal with it, then I discovered these night braces.I bought them with the very cynical view that I'm 'beyond help but may as well give it a go'.... They are the best thing I've ever bought!I would recommend anyone who suffers with dreaded plantar fasciitis to try them and see the results. Bear in mind, however, that they are rather strange to start with (I mean.. Who normally sleeps with two great lumps of plastic on the end on their legs every night?!) you have to give them chance and don't be put off if you wake up after a couple hours and want to drag them off and through them through the window- even those couple hours will have done some healing.Give them a go fellow sufferer, I wish you all the best in getting back to normal and not dreading stepping out of bed every morning!

Takes a bit of getting used to
It’s not overly easy to put on yourself and adjust. The velcro on the side adjusting straps aren’t very easy to open and adjust as the Velcro is quite thin. I am a size 5 so bought size 3-5 & my tor’s hang over a bit but the next size 6-8 would have been too big.I think it takes a bit of getting used to and if slightly too tight you get pins and needles in your toes! I think you need to build up the time having it on as a whole night initially is probably too much. I have done 3 half k no ugh ta so far and might start Wearing it whilst watching TV leading up to going to bed to lengthen the period. The idea behind it works.

I would thoroughly recommend.
Just what I needed though it took a while before I could wear brace all night. I have had plantar fasciitis for over a year in one foot and for 3 months in the other. If you always wear heels and have tight calf and achilles tendon, this would probably be very uncomfortable but for athletes who wear flat shoes regularly, it is quite comforting and supportive. I would thoroughly recommend.

Try something else.
Item doesnt sit under the foot comfortably due to no prooer moulding, due to this i am unable to wear overnight and doesn't ease my discomfort in anyway if anything it creates additional pain.

The only cure for Achilles Tendon issues
I have had years of Achilles tendon issues and the only thing that made this go away was wearing a night-splint. My daughter now has a similar issue. This splint arrived quickly, it is easy to put on (even for an 8-year old), can be adjusted to achieve different levels of flex...and it works

well worth it, really helped my pain
this really helped with my planter fasciitis at night time. getting out of bed in the middle of the night was extremely painful, with this splint, it made it a lot easier. bit weird to sleep with, but it really helped me an awful lot.

Not the comfiest for sleeping in, especially in warm weather - and the fact I need two doesn't help BUT worth it. They actually work very well!

... the reviews & thought no way is it that good but it is
I read all the reviews & thought no way is it that good but it is. In fact it's brilliant. It very comfortable to wear it doesn't rub at all. I get up in the morning & I can walk normal instead of holding onto the furniture. Thank you LA Brace😀
