I'm always a skeptic, even with positive reviews on products. Before this pillow I had tried a few others and none were helping with my neck pain. I promised my husband this was the last one I'd try, because he was mad I kept buying more and more pillows. Well I'm happy to say it was worth the last ditch effort!My neck pain has gone away with this pillow. I won't promise it'll work for EVERYONE, because it probably depends on what causes your neck pain, but as far as helping support you while you sleep and relieving tension on your neck while in bed it's a winner!When I first got my pillow, I thought it was kind of small and flatter then I expected. When laying on it initially I was worried it was another dud. After a few nights, though, my neck pain was gone. So don't be fooled by its unassuming appearance...it's certainly worth giving a try over a span of time before judging its effect. It even works fine for me when I belly sleep, which I know most cervical pillows do not.

This is an excellent pillow, firm enough for support, yet the contours are very comfortable. The “wings” are great, as I can put my arm under without raising my head too much for side sleep, and the shape also helps with my sleep apnea. My wife and I both have one, and it has replaced our old contour pillows.

This strange shaped pillow yet is soooo comfortable, I sleep like a baby now.I have tried many pillows over the years yet I would frequently wake up with a stiff neck and some pain.Well this Anvo Memory Foam Pillows Neck Cervical Pillow has cured that problem, now I sleep great, very comfortable, I love it, and I highly recommend it.

After buying standard pillows that get lumpy over time, I figured I'd try something different. I looked at so many pillows and read many reviews before giving this cervical pillow a shot. Been using it a little over 3 months now and I would say I find that my sleeping has improved. Definitely recommend.

After a couple months of use the pillow has still held up to my husbands head! We were constantly buying cheap pillows and switching them out every 3 months but, this pillow has changed that.

I've spent dozens of hours researching pillows the last couple months. One of the pillows I pulled the trigger on was this Anvo pillow. Anvo has a line of five or so pillows as of right now but I chose this cervical one because I sleep pretty evenly on my side, back, and stomach. Also, I just like unique and quirky-looking pillows in general.I've been sleeping on this pillow about two weeks now and I have no complaints! I do have the firm version and it is, indeed, firm - which I like. I mention it because it is firmer than what other pillow companies consider firm, in my opinion. I really like the groove in the center for neck support, as well as the fact I can always simply turn the pillow around if I have no need for that kind of support. Now, I wasn't expecting for this center area to be comfortable while on my side as well but it definitely is, so don't feel the need to think you have to be at the outermost sides of the pillow to sleep on your side. Also, after reading some reviews and watching some videos, I didn't really have any expectations for the forearm grooves, but I find them to be purposeful and useful. I think that part might depend on one's size though.The pillow feels well-made. I'm always weary of subpar zippers on pillows/cases, but so far so good. Anvo support has been great. They don't ask for a positive / five star review which is refreshing. Overall, I'm very happy with the pillow. I'll try to update this review if anything changes.

After several attempts with other pillows, including water, it really has made a difference for me. But it is important to mention that each case is different.

I love this pillow! I have nerve damage in multiple levels of my cervical spine from a car accident 10 years ago and a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. Both of my hands are affected by the cervical nerves and my elbow and hand from the rotator tear. I have had multiple rounds of painful and expensive nerve burns for both which don't last forever and I can't afford the cost of orthopedic surgery! I've tried other very expensive cervical pillows that are simply curved higher on one end to support the neck without much relief. So, I started looking at other types to reduce my pain levels and increase functionality. This style seems to be popular and generally has good reviews, depending on the seller. I bought a different seller's pillow last year and although it helped, it become soft and less supportive within 6 months. I stuck with it but my pain drastically increased. Given the relief I had with the first one, I decided to try the Anvo pillow as its design is similar. From the very first night it worked better than the other and relieved my pain to a greater degree. Now I've found that when I've been at the computer too long or bend my neck for other reasons and my pain, tingling and numbness increases, laying on the pillow for as little as 30 minutes can decrease it. It didn't happen with the others. So, I highly recommend the Anvo pillow if you want a pillow that will support your neck and shoulders.To be clear my relief may be different from others' and this is not a medical recommendation! I'm relating my personal experience with this style of pillow and specifically for this brand which I find superior to the others I've tried.

This pillow is excellent whether you are a side sleeper or a back sleeper. Apart from its unusual shape, it's a great pillow. 10/10 and would recommend

In comparison to the tempurpedic large cervical pillow this is much firmer and higher. It’s quality but firm. Keep that in mind. If you have owned an old tempur this will bump your head prolly another half height up. It doesn’t bring my neck back as much as I’d like but maybe with time. Been trying it for a while now and it’s good. Pillows are so unique and I can only make a comparison to a tempur-pedic large by saying it’s firmer, higher and slightly less comfortable than a “new” tempur-pedic but more comfortable than my old tempur. Value for money for people who like to have their heads higher off the bed.Not posting pic because Amazon wants access to everything at all times rah rah. Please change that Amazon.

This pillow came recommended by a couple websites including Amazon. It definitely improved my sleep and I felt much more comfortable. I find I wake up with little to no pain whereas I did with a regular pillow.
