Super stretchy and has a waistband kind of like a pair of sweatpants, good quality for the price. I wear them all the time for fishing and hunting pants.

These are by far the best hunting pants for the cost. They are comfortable and durable. Stretching waist bands are great when sitting in the blind all day.They do run very large. I typically wear a 3XL shirt, so I am a big guy. I got the 2XL pants and they were huge! The XLs were ok for me. Return/exchange process was great.

Perfect fit and very comfortable! I'm 5'7" and 170lbs; I typically wear 34W x 32Inseam jeans and the medium size fit very comfortably.
