Unlike some others this is exactly what it says it is and I respect that and I'll continue to buy. I have struggled mixing morninga every day but with this I can take as many as I want and just swallow it with water without the mixing and cleaning. Exactly whay I want. I just hope the capsules themselves won't damage me! I also emptied one out to check it and it seems pure definitely. Also, I would take as much as you're used to don't just take what it says dosage wise for gospel. Great. exactly what I wanted.

I could not experience anything special about this. Didn't do anything to my glucose levels or arthritic pain. The only consolation is i did not have any side effect.
