Brachs Candy corn 311g

It's my first time trying these and I was surprised! The texture and taste is pretty much the same as fudge so they're quite nice, just rather sickly.

Curiosity compelled me to test out this iconic American treat and seeing mixed reviews I was unsure if it would be to my taste. I like it. It does taste a bit synthetic but it's a powerful hit of vanilla sweetness to be sure. Actually the thing I like best about it, and the feature which would make me come back for more is the texture, not the taste. I had no preconceptions of what texture to expect. Hard, chewy, squashy etc.... But I enjoyed the fact that it is very reminiscent of fudge, in mouthfeel. I don't think I'd jump through hoops to get more, but the large bag I have will be enjoyed. This is only a product for the sweet toothed kid in you, though.

Arrived quickly, very tasty but very very expensive!

Maybe you have to be American to adore candy corn, but, even if you're not, this is absolutely delicious in my opinion and in the opinions of the candy-corn-addicts of my family. It is VERY hard not to eat huge handfuls once you open that tempting bag. For those not experienced in eating candy corn, it is vaguely like fudge, and you nibble each little piece from the top down (this is to try to make the bag last longer) - or you just gobble it up! It is impossible to find in the shops in the UK, other than one or two in London around Hallowe'en (also tricky to track down in the States at non-Hallowe'en times of the year), so thrilling to find it on line. Who would want to be without candy corn????

I was a little hesitant to try this product as a few reviews had claimed it was too sweet. However this is just as sweet as chocolate or fudge (which is what it tastes like), so don't be put off. It tastes like fudge, but it is much easier to eat as the size of the candy corns are quite small and bite size, therefore they make the perfect cinema snack or everyday treat. The price of these is also incredibly reasonable, considering they are not readily available in the UK. I'd never tasted candy corn before I purchased this, but am pleased to say it won't be the last time I order these again. Great delivery, fast dispatch and very good service.

Loved them and comes with quite a lot, but is very expensive. Where I live, you cannot get theses, but in America they are raved about, and are used as a Halloween snack. If you are willing to spend this much money go for it, they taste like fudge.

The product information falsely claims that these are vegetarian which is wrong as they contain GELATIN! thank god I double checked before I ate them... now I have a bunch of candy I can't eat and wasted money.
