Strong and variable resistant
Comfortable to use. Bought these to strengthen my grip and fore arms to enable me to lift more in the gym. So far so good but it will take time to see results.

Does the job but one of them has an issue.
The media could not be loaded. 1 of the 2 grippers is catching the spring resulting in this annoying noise. Quality of grip is great, easy to function.
