I'm so pleased I bought this. Arrived promptly, and, I did notice there wasn't a pen with it when I opened it, but wasn't bothered as I had one but to my surprise, they sent it along in the post, which arrived a couple of days later which was a pleasant surprise.My son, who is special needs, has responded well to this. I use it slightly different to what and how it is printed. It's printed and usable for 3 children, but I use it as a weekly chart for 1 child, (the red, blue and yellow sections for different children) for red stars as fantastic effort, blue stars for could try harder and yellow stars for tried hard. So each day he achieves a certain amount of colour stars, we tally up at the bottom and the next day he tries to better his day before. Certain amount of red stars and he receives a reward.It is so much easier to get him to do things with this and I would highly recommend this to any parent, grandparent or carer who has a child who is challenging in any way. It's also a visual aid for the child so they can see how well they are doing and what they can improve on. It comes with magnet stars and strips printed and blank so you can write your own things on. It also has magnets to put it on the fridge or hang on the wall.

Well it's not really magnetic. I've had to hang it by the string and the stars just about stick to it, a slight knock and they will fall off. Good job I already have a white board pen because it doesn't come with one. I like the idea and it has a good lay out it's just not made well. Shame really. Can't be bothered to said it back

Sleep at last.. A friend recommended reward charts after months of fighting with our 3 year old to stay in bed at night. As this seemed to be the only one to stick on the fridge we bought it.First night we went in to her room and reminded her she would get a star in the morning if she got back into bed and went back to sleep - we did this three times during the night, she went back down with less of a fight than normal. In the morning she got to put her first three stars on the board.Last night we told her she would get two more stars if she stayed in bed all night without calling for us. For the first time in months we slept through the night! 7 hours of unbroken sleep We haven't even offered her a present for stars, the stars were enough!Delighted with this so far, please, please let it continue.

The best reward chart that I've seen, has plenty of spare stars incase some are misplaced, also love the fact that you can change the reward, amour of stars you need and also the tasks you need to do to earn the stars, never used a chart with my children before this as I thought it would be a waste of time but its by far the best thing I've done, only down fall is the magnets at the back of the board are not strong enough to stick to my fridge. But overall really happy with the product.

Great robust chart however after unpacking and disposing of the original packaging noticed that the whiteboard pen was not in the pack. The stars and notice headers are great but I am unable to write on the chart due to the missing pen.

I bought these to you main on my son for his behaviour, its amazing and has work well... and his behaviour has changed so much... his working hard to collect his 10 stars because his 10 year old.

good fun teaching the children to help each other and behave.
