bought this for a friend in hospital who is having chemotherapy worked well finds it comfy and cooling great item

Absolute rubbish and a waste of money, cheaper to wrap a cloth round your head. Doesnt let coolness reach your eyes, useless without outside cover. Not worth the money

I suffered from viral conjunctivitis and my doctors prescribed ice packs to reduce the swelling and redness of my eyes. This was the best item I bought . Very easy to cool it in the freezer and easy to shape it to cover the eyes . Excellent, useful and soothing for painful tired eyes.

Was looking forward to receiving this as I have ongoing problems with hay fever. Unfortunately it doesn't do the job. Due to the design the cooling part is too far away from the eyes to feel any benefit.

I suffer from migraines and thought this would be ideal but the gel pack gets warm again very quickly and I get more relief from a cold flannel!
