The media could not be loaded.  This is the solution for my yearly Christmas tree lights trauma. it's 10 strands of lights attached to a tree-top bracket. You just slip it over the top of the tree. You then release each of the 10 strands and arrange them how you like. This was a 10 minute project and can be done alone. This definitely beats spinning lights around the tree. My tree is 6' tall and there was around 6-8 inches more lights than I needed so they got tucked in - better to have more lights than to be short! I would highly recommend for the price and functionality. I didn't give 5 stars only because I'm going to have to make shift something to store these lights without getting them tangled. Each of the 10 strands need to be wrapped up again and twist tied to store them. A base to wrap them would have been good, but that's just me trying to perfect it. Otherwise, it's a great buy. In addition, the remote is a little inconvenient because it's on the actual power box that you plug into, rather than a separate remote. We plugged in behind a big mirror, so getting to the "remote" isn't as convenient, but I can live with it.

I am so impressed with these lights that I’ve added to my Christmas tree this year. They are bright. They are festive they are awesome! I added these to a pre-lit Christmas tree and boy did it make a difference who doesn’t like extra bling around the holidays! I look forward to using these next year and I’m going to head and started purchase in a few extra since they would make a great gift for someone as well

Stop!!! If you are wrapping lights around your Christmas tree, wrap no more! With the Meknow lights you’ll have your tree covered with lights in a matter of seconds. The 10 strings of lights are attached to the metal star that fits over the tree top. Unwrap the wire ties and lower the stings of lights to the base of your tree. That’s it! You’re done! The picture of our tree is one unit of 400 led lights . Our tree pictured is approximately 6 1/2 feet tall. We bought two boxes of 400 lights each but after putting the first string on and seeing how good it looks I don’t think we need the second pack (to be determined, you can never have enough lights right?) The plug in has a button that offers 8 different light dimming and flickering options. Truly an amazing product that will eventually become the market standard for Christmas tree lights.

I love the idea of slipping these lights over the crown of our tree and letting gravity help with the rest! The cool white variety are a nice bright white for a kind of snowy light effect from within the tree.The spacing of bulbs on this set is larger than on other sets I've tried- that will make for a more natural, scattered light appearance rather than being able to trace each string of lights down the tree. I actually got 2 sets of these and am planning on cutting a section of the ring/star open on one of them so I can install a second set a bit lower on the trunk. At just 400 lights, that's not quite enough lights for our typical 7ft tree at the 100 lights per foot recommendation! Thankfully, the ring and star have a section everything any wires running across, which will make this an easy task!The star itself isn't as big or awkard as i5 was thinking it would be. It should actually help make for a nice light crown near the top!This set has a lot of different lighting features and patterns available, including a very basic timer!The bulbs themselves don't have a very attractive shape, they are just standard little LEDs rather than having a globe tip, or anything else to help distribute the light. This also makes them blindingly bright from certain angles!One other annoyance is that the plug is on its own stand coming from the star as well, so it will have to run all the way down the tree and over to the outlet to get plugged in.

These are a great idea for trees in my yard, but 2 of the sets worked only part of the time. If I went out and wiggled the wire, they would light up. Very bright and looked nice. Just a pain to keep working.

Easy to set up and no more getting dizzy walking around the tree, then unwrapping the lights because they didn’t reach the bottom, etc. just put the metal ring around the top of the tree, untie each strand one by one, and voila ! I like the brightness and the look. Mine didn’t come w a remote though - I’ll try contacting the company about it.
