I have tried many travel pillows over the years of my business and leisure travel and this beats them all on price, performance and comfort.The memory foam is softer than my memory foam bed pillow and thus moulds to a very comfortable but supportive sleeping position. It can also be folded or rolled down to quite a small size and can therefore be fitted into a small bag or travel case compartment.The cover is silky smooth and non-irritant unlike some cushions I have tried.Be warned that some memory foam, including this item, give off a factory chemical smell when first opened. Best advice is to air it outside if possible for a day or two before first use.I will use it for my upcoming trip to Australia and am sure it will give me a comfortable rest. Will now buy one for my wife and sons for when they travel long haul.It is also a great item to use on long car journeys when you want to pull over and enjoy a 15 minute doze.

I chose this rating because tis is vastly superior to other neck support I've see. It's vastly superior to the J-pillow.why?Because I'm not a plane traveller, but a disabled person who needs a back rest.The rpoblem with back rests is tha my head rolls to the side.So I don't use this in the conventional way, but I turn the opening to the back. so I can rest the back of my head against my soft pillow> BUT, and it's a big one, the circle prevents my head from rolling or my chin fall forward. This is why I find this device superior to others.What toher devices have not is a washable cover. This one is unzippable and washable easily. The memory foam is an added bonus, because it feels like a warm support. it feels almost like you are leaning on your wif'e's arm ... all night long. With this and the back rest, \i found I could sleep wonderfully, and supported. I do recommend it very highly.With my COPD, I can breathe well being upright and rest in peace!

You cannot rely on the next day delivery promise.There is no indication as to the postal cost, if any to non prime members.The neck support cushion was delivered quickly along with other purchased items.The cushion itself is quite big, fit for an adult and older teenager, male or female. Too big for smaller, say average 12 year olds in U.K.The cushion is reasonably solid. The stitching is good and the material is soft and comfortable next to skinThe material is suitable to be wiped over with a damp cloth to refresh but unsuitable for submersion or washing.The colour is nice to the eye.used this type of item before and estimate two months of daily use by my wheelchair confined sister before it will be lumpy, unsupportive and will need replacing.Overall, a reasonable example at the TOP of it's price range. I have hurt my trapezium muscle in my neck. The heated neck cushion is for relief.

This neck cushion has flown quite a few miles with me, and on the whole it's been ok.Originally bought for a family trip to Disney Land in Florida, I've subsequently used it with my work travel which sees me regularly heading over to Asia and the US. The memory foam style filling works well, though I find the back to be a little too bulky as it tends to tip my head slightly forward with some airline seats if I can't recline them enough. I have used it as a cushion to sit on on some longer flights when the padding in the economy class seats is lacking - it works fine for this too.My biggest issue with this neck cushion is with the way I have to carry it. There are no toggles or loops on it to allow you to attach it to your bag. I end up having to place it through the handle of my bag but have had it drop to the floor when running for a closing gate in the past. I've also put it into my roller suitcase (the memory foam filling allows it to be stuffed into any small space inside the case, and pops back into shape instantly when you take it out) but often forget to take it out and end up without out it when I need it.As a neck cushion it works fine, but it's lack of any method to safely attach it to my bag means I would look elsewhere if I were to be in the market for one again.

Works wonders

This cushion was bought as a gift for someone who frequently flies and complains of uncomfortable airplane seats. The cushion is comfortable enough to improve the conditions of the flight but small enough to be transported in his luggage. He likes it so much he has even started using it to improve the comfort of his office chair.
