WOW, so good for such a low price. Several colleagues have these type cameras at approx £200 spent on each. I just got this to see if any good because of the great reviews & amazed how easy it was to set up. Well I didn't really set it up, its default settings are fine. I've put a 32GB sd card in, stuck behind the rear view mirror, then just pushed the wire behind the window to the rubber door grommets behind the glove box & into the power socket, that's it! It activates when you switch on the ignition & off when you switch off. Used the cable to check my recorded footage & its very clear. Total coincidence, whilst driving to work the same night I fitted the camera a group of youths decided to play chicken, by running across the road in front of my vehicle. Although no one got hurt, I did think wow that footage could have been very useful, if it had been required. Let's hope I never need any footage.

There are cheaper dash cams but I think this is excellent value. It works perfectly, it's really compact and the feature where the power is to the holder rather than the camera allows the camera to be removed and replaced quickly and conveniently. Really sharp image. I recommend this product.

Great little camera, does exactly as described. No problems installing, easy to set up and works everytime the engine is started, it captures a good view of the road and traffic ahead. Worth the price too.

If you want a dashcam, then this one is a great cheap way to get one. Included in the box are the dashcam itself, a power lead, windscreen mount, instructions etc. Is very easy to set up, just follow the instructions, took about 5 mins if that. Just remember to plug it in and charge it for about two hours prior to use, this will then charge the internal battery. Picture quality is low HD, but perfectly adequate. The system will automatically save the images if an impact does occur. Small and neat and the suction mount seems to be really good, I guess time will tell. If you don’t want to use the suction cup, it does come with a 3M sticky pad too.

As a camera it works really well, the quality of the picture is great. Overall all a very nice dashcam.But.We had a little bit of hot weather for a week, and the mounting has melted! The plastic screw that holds the suction cup face to the mount has melted with now way to get it out and repair it!! Considering that its meant to be mounted on a windscreen, thats pretty poor design! And being in Kent is nothing like being somewhere that has hot temperatures all the time!Edit: I got sent a replacement holder, and it has so far not melted! Possibly a dodgy batch? Either way, the camera and mounting are still going strong, so updated to 5 stars.

This works well but as it's not HD , is not as clear as an apeman action cam I use on my motorcycle. The clarity at night is also not very good. I have disconnected the parking and G Sensor as it causes it to save numerous protected videos. The good point is that once fitted, you can leave it to record video, and only access those videos you want.Update 30th October 2017; I am dissapointed as the windscreen mounting broke today so I cannot mount it. The pin that goes through the mount in to the windscreen suction device has sheared off. I contacted the supplier and they have advised a new mount is being sent. I will update this and my mark once it has arrived and been fitted. Update 11th November 2017. I contacted the seller on 1st November 2017 and they promised to send me a new mount. The replacement mount arrived on 18th November 2017 after 17 days but at least I have it and can enjoy the camera again.

This is great little camera for the money. Simple to set up & install. Does exactly what I need it to do without any uneccesary frills. There are many many more cameras on the market that have more functions at a higher cost but frankly for me this is perfectly adequate. It sits nicely behind my rear view mirror & switches off & on with the ignition. I haven't bothered to have it hard wired as the cable was simple to route around the windscreen rubber, down the A pillar & straight into the AC power socket that my car has out of sight underneath the passenger side dash, above the footwell. Perfect! I bought a 16GB card to use with it & so far so good. Very happy.

In my opinion this is excellent value for money. Yes, it’s 780p HD and not 1080p like more expensive dash cams, but the question is do you need it? I bought this particular camera for my ‘commuting car/second car’ and have a higher end Nextbase model for our family car.I can’t speak highly enough about Nextbase items, well made, user friendly, and can literally be used out of the box. Before making this one, I made the mistake of buying a Chinese cheap dash cam for £32.99 from here, big mistake - wasn’t fit for purpose, and for very little more you can have one like this!Very happy with purchase
