The device arrived on time but only successfully recorded anything on it's first use. The "Set time" function did not work and an error message resulted.. Thereafter it failed to record anything and I got messages saying that it needed to be reformatted. The vendor told be to go ahead and reformat but it would not complete.After a lot of e-mail traffic they sent me a replacement. This one does record reasonably well but the "Set time" software does not. They sent alternative software which I installed. That doesn't work either. I think it needs a DLL file but the vendor was unable to suggest a solution. They offered either a full refund if the two devices were returned or a partial refund if I kept both devices. I accepted the partial refund option but the promised refund has not materialised.The wrist strap fits me but only on the last notch. It has two plastic studs on one strap that locate in the holes on the other It would not fit anyone with a rugby players wrist. Even then the strap comes undone unless I put a retaining band on it.I should have returned it but, in a strange way, I quite like it but I could not recommend it after all the issues that I have had with it.

The gadget looks like a fitness tracker, the screen is in fact fake but looks the part. 2 silver buttons on the left side (see photo) are what you use to go from function to function, all of which are explained (sort of) by some dodgy instructions seemingly translated from Chinese or other language. The best way to figure this out is trial & error. A simple on off slide button to switch on, little light flashes & goes off, it's now recording. Using same button switches off & saves recording. To listen to recording plug in the supplied usb adapter & in bud earphones, the 2 silver buttons allow you to skip forward or back through recordings. Recordings can be deleted by pushing both buttons together, purple flashing light, you are now in delete mode, long press again of both buttons deletes files. The sound quality is ok but not brilliant, voices seem clear & identifiable. Best thing is its cheap. Wrist band is soft rubber & is comfortable, not sure about the studs to secure to wrist, will have to see how long this fastening lasts?

This is so close to being a great product for such little money. The main concern I had buying one is that the audio would be poor, but it picks up voices clearly even when under long sleeves. However there are 2 issues I've had with it, one minor and one significant..Minor - The strap is a poor design where 2 plastic studs with rounded ends are pushed through holes in the strap. It's fidgety to do and one of the studs has already broken off within a week.Major - It's advertised as 8GB. However when connected to a PC and shows the drive with the recordings it states 5.94 GB used, 1.75 GB remaining. This is with NO recordings - it states the same even if you reformat, so you do not have 8GB of storage for audio as it claims.

Useful gadget. Easy to use discreetly. Sound pick up is good and transfer of recordings to Windows PC is simple. Everything worked 1st time straight out of the box despite not having any prior knowledge of voice recorder gadgets. The only drawback I'm aware of at present is that the wristband is difficult to fasten and it's come undone on a couple of occasions.

This is a nice little gadget to have. When you record you only have to turn it on, and then when your done turn it off. When I plug in the headphones and listen, the sound wasn’t very clear. That’s the only down point, but overall it’s a good product.

Looks really good, great discretion. I have found this to be ok, but the recording aspect is quiet which is a shame.
