Product description Iron supplement is especially recommended women, pregnant woman, and young female adults who have started to menstruate. Typical signs of iron deficiency are dizziness, weariness/fatigue and impaired physical performance. About 20% of all pregnant women develop iron deficiency at the end of pregnancy, and 40-50% of all teenage girls suffer from iron deficiencies. 25 mg. Iron supplement from ABBLO Pharma is the equivalent of 50 mg. normal iron supplement. Best Iron suppliment I've ever tried.
My iron level was super low a few years ago so I have been taking iron supplement. Tried a few different supplements but some of them had B12 as well as iron and my regular blood tests had showed good iron level but very high B12 so was looking for one with iron only. This one has slightly higher recommended daily dose but iron only and my blood tests have been showing good iron level as well as not sky rocket high B12 level. Very easy to swallow too.

Amazing iron tablets
There’s no flavour to these and very small and easy to swallow. I can’t thank these enough as I had problems with my iron levels where they were so low and the other iron tablets didn’t help so I found these and my iron levels are where they should be
