First off, one caveat: I don’t actually ride. I bought these as a fashion statement, rather than to be worn on a horse every day.That said, these are an excellent choice! I read the reviews carefully before buying, because even though I wasn’t going to be riding in them, I didn’t cheap pants that would fall apart after two washes. Six months later, my pants still look brand new. Very high quality, very comfortable, and very stylish. The fabric is thick and durable, and I never have to worry about them being see-through like some yoga pants. They’re very flattering. They pair well with riding boots (obviously), as well as ballet flats. It’s a wonderfully pulled together look, and very comfortable.For anybody who loves the equestrian look (whether you ride or not), I highly recommend!

I have several pairs of these breeches in different colors. I love the comfort and fit. I actually bought this pair for my son. It has been super hard to find reasonably priced breeches to fit him. He is 13 and in between boy's and men's sizes. I thought I would give these a try. With Amazons easy return policy there is nothing to lose. They are great. They look good on him and you would not know they were 'womens'.He says they are comfortable. I love the color, perfect for showing and priced for everyday wear.I will be buying more. For reference, he is a size 16 in Wrangler Jeans.

These riding britches are a great value. They feel nice and aren't too hot to ride in (even in Miami weather!). I can't speak for how well they work in cold weather, but the material isn't thin. It feels a little thicker than denim, but much more breathable and not stiff at all. They're actually very stretchy, enough to quickly slip them on without having to fight them up your legs or over your butt, and they allow you to easily throw your leg up and over when mounting or dismounting the horse. Plus, the waist stays up, even in two-point position so that you don't flash the top of your booty to everyone. The ankles also have a Velcro closure to secure them over your riding boots (this works great with my Ariat paddock boots). The material seems to dry quickly, too. I wash them in the washing machine like normal and hang dry them. All in all, these pants are great and excellently priced for a day out at the stables riding. They're probably too casual to show in, but they're perfect for everyday wear.P.S. I am a 5'4", 120lbs woman with an athletic build. The size 26 pants fit great on me.

My first breeches, so glad I purchased them. I followed suggestions and went one size down. I am normally 30 and ordered 28, fits perfectly. As I am 5'2 these are a bit long, but this didnt't bothered me. I wear these breeches three times a week and I have washed them about 12 times already. They hold up really good. I would recomend and buy again.I do not rate 5 stars because I wish the fabric was a bit tighter/harder so it would give my body better shape.Update:As I loves the first breeces I ordered, I bought a second pair (first was taupe, second black). The quality does not compareto the first one I ordered. It is way thinner and looks poorly made. I dont know why different colors make a difference in this product, just do not order in black.

Nice fabric, the color was darker than the foto (not a light tan). I'm usually a size 0 in pants so I ordered a size 26, but they were a little tight

Just beware, these are definitely low rise--if you are not straight up and down or have any curves, you will have muffin top with these. I am 5'8", 130 fit lbs and that is the case for me with a size 28 (my shape's fault - ?). And when bending over, there's the ol' plumber-butt issue. Otherwise, as long as I were a loose shirt and don't bend over, they fit beautifully and are very comfortable. But next time, I'll get the high-rise style.Its color wasn't pictured but was hoping it was, in fact, the hard to find beautiful cool-toned whitish beige. However, the color is just tan (with a yellow undertone).
