Ich finde den Tisch sehr solide und für das Federgewicht auch so stramm, dass man wirklich etwas draufstellen kann (Laptop oder einen teller mit Essen). Für zarte Hände ist zu sagen, dass man schon einige Kraft braucht, um die sehr straff sitzende "Tischplatte" an zu klipsen. Für mich als >100kg Mensch kein Problem, aber es könnte für weniger muskulöse Leute eine Herausfordeurng werden.Zum Aufbau braucht man keinerlei Hinweise, da sich das Gestell quasi selbst aufbaut, man sollte nur prüfen, ob alle Stangen wirklich komplett in den entsprechenden Führungen sitzen.
