It may take a month or two to have maximum effect but it really does reduce the size of the prostate gland to enable men of a certain age to pass urine more easily. Before i write my review on the Saw Palmetto, I will let it be known i suffer with an OAB (over active bladder) lemme tell you it's very very frustrating.So this leads me to buying this product after trying almost everything to cut down on the toilet trips.I will say that this DOES work, but it's not a 100% cure. If like me you like alcohol,coffee and tea, then this won't stop you from going toilet but WILL cut the ammount of times you do go toilet to urinate.I find myself going toilet to urinate ALOT less in the day, and at night it's down from like 4-5 times a night to 1 or 2 times depending on what I've been drinking before bed (alcohol or tea/coffee).Overall i would say that anyone who has the frustrating need to goto the toilet all the time to try this product out. While not a cure, it will cut your toilet breaks down by half at the very least.I've felt no ill side effects from taking Saw Palmettol and would be happy to recommend this product.Verdict - buy it!

Tried for a month. Some improvement. Was waking 4 times a night, now two and maybe three. Might work for you, though other brands to try.

They were recommended by my Doctor, and seem to work very well.

I take this supplement in the hope that will help my problem of poor urine flow, I have been taking it for years after three operations that failed to cure the problem, if I stopped using it I may save money but my problem could be increased.

I have been using product from a well known health shop. Their capsules contain 450 mg of Saw Palmetto. However, they have been out of stock for a long time now so decided to give these a go. It was required to take 4 of the 450mg ones per day which still makes 1800mg against one of these at 2500mg! The capsules appear to be much more effective at much cheaper price. Shall update after using for a reasonable time. Additionally, they are supplied by Troo Health Care, who claim to manufacture their products in the UK to GMP code of practice and ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance certificate. That gives me great confidence as to the quality of the product I am using. Have to be very careful about the source and quality of the medicinal products these days.

a bit early to say for sure, only just started them.8/10/2016. i have been taking them now a couple of weeks and i have seen a an improvment. will keep using them from now on.23/2/2017.still taking them.it's great to go out in the day and not have to look for a toilet all the time. after saying that i must point out that i still need to get up at night a couple of times.could it be possible to take three a day instead of two.

Been using Saw Palmetto for many years as a safeguard against prostate problems, due to family history and have found it helpful. Have used two or three other suppliers but got tired of them keep being out of stock, so decided to try new supplier. Prompt delivery and all seems great.

Early days yet as these and many supplements need time to build up a level in your body to feel the benefit-so watch this space...I can say though I have tried several products from troo health and been very impressed.

I like the shape of the dispenser as it can figg thy through the letterbox. I used these to help with urinary frequency.

I've been taking 2 a day and although they do not eliminate the need for night-time bathroom visits they have reduced the frequency from 3-4 to 1-2 per night so I sleep better. Another benefit which nobody has yet commented on here is that they improve blood circulation, so where I used to suffer from hot feet which kept me awake at night, since taking these tablets this problem has also been greatly alleviated.

The product is misleading it says it is 2500mg per capsule but in actual fact they're only 250mg with a ratio equivalent to 2500 mg of raw berry so you need to take 10 to get 1!!!!! I was previously using a well known brand with 450mg per capsule guaranteed no ratios just what it says on container is what you get and as soon as I'm finished using these supposed high strength one's I'm reverting back to my original choice because at least you get what you pay for instead of a misleading product !!

I have suffered from frequent urine infections for many years, but I discovered Saw Palmetto capsules about 18 months ago and since taking the capsules on a regular basis I have seen a big decrease in the frequency of urine tract infections.

I originally ordered these as i learnt they were good for hair growth, a week after taking them i had to stop due to feeling ill, stomach cramps, bubbling stomach etc. I'm not sure if it was these pills or other pills i was taking at the time, but to be safe i stopped taking everything. My opinion should in no way discourage you from buying them, as i cannot be certain that it was these pills that made me ill. If you are concerned, consult your g.p firsr before trying them.
